All around horrible service. Especially Rebecca Brockman 1. Front desk doesn't quote you or break down the cost of each thing they're charging you for. You have to basically get it out of them. 2. Wait time ! We did walk-in, and we were estimated an hour in a half wait time. We did receive a message informing us our place was coming up in line... only to wait another 30 minutes. 3. Meeting Brockman, was horrible she kept pushing for additional services and when questioned about them she would get visibly agitated. Don't inform if you don't have the composure to do so. She was aggressive on her opinions. Not a medical professional in my opinion.

Do not go here when Dr. Rebecca Brockman is filling in. She is beyond rude and pushy and makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions. I went in for 1 things and she ended up pushing all these other preventative things on me after telling her my primary concern and the pain he was in. She then rolled her eyes at me when I declined the additional services and slammed the door.

After checking In with staff was told they would call me when a room was available. I understand being busy but was told one hour or so. 930 am. At almost noon I was called into the office. Told the vet I was frustrated with such a long wait. Was tod l could look for someone who takes appointments and should have seen it during covid. Have been coming here with my dogs since opening as I live in the neighborhood. It saddens me as Dr C really did a great job in years past. As recommended by your staff I will seek a new vet clinic.

What an amazing place and staff - from McKenzie at the front desk, Frankie, Dr Hunter and Ethan - my dog Plato loved you all and so did his momma PS/ if you go here please mind that they are a walk in clinic - when they are full they are full - no appointments (except for surgeries) - please be mindful, polite and courteous-as any appointment setting veterinary clinic is 4-6wks out I just you get there at 730am (yes, to wait in line for an hour for it to open) OR get there at noon (yes, to await them reopening an hour at 1pm) These times may change so please don't quote me This was just my wonderful experience today and sell helpful tips

Walk in times are a joke here the people in the back of the line goes before the people in the front of the line staff please do your job!! Better and going forward can you make sure the people that is there first goes first thank you

Wrong cone was given to my dog after stitches on his paw and the paw pad structures busted and Dr.Allison Marr treated it as an open wound. Had me come 2- 3x a week for bandage change charged me per visit when they were the ones who put the wrong cone size but as any pet parent would do you do what you gotta do to get them better. His wound started to open up and she blamed me for it like the Narcissist she is and told me to keep coming back for bandage changes also didn't give my dog antibiotics. Took my dog somewhere else for a second opinion the same day cause his wound was getting worse and I knew something wasn't rite about it. I took him somewhere else and they told me his foot was dead which is why his wound opened he was chewing at it because it was completely dead and infected and in necrosis and cold to the touch he needed an emergency amputation surgery all because Allison) was wrapping his bandages way too tight and stopped the blood circulation and caused his wound to get necrosis. She could have killed my dog if the infection would have spread the other vets even said there's now way she could have missed that and the foul odor and the obvious symptoms of necrosis with the foot being cold to the touch and his bones and veins showing. She is money hungry she sat there and let my dog suffer tightened his wraps and blamed me for my dogs wound opening up so she can get those 2-3x A week visit cost. Trust your gut when it comes to her please get a second opinion it can cost you your dogs life.

Unbelievably stupid place. Took my dog there to get stitches right we had her foot bandages up and all nice. They had to take the bandage off to look at it I understood that part. They bring her back out to me say that can't do the stitches today come back during the week. I understand that part too. I say well can you at least bandage it back up for us? "No that's gonna be an extra charge." Excuse me your the one who took the bandage off, idiots.

i took my cat to this vet and they gave her steroids shots and then the next day he eyes got cloudy and change to gray eyes and we dont know what to do this is terrible

Definitely was quite a wait but worth it! The veterinarian knew exactly what was going on! They were short staffed for the week with one vet being on vacation and still handled the situation well! Thankful that no appointment is necessary because you can't get into any other vet within 3 weeks and emergency offices are so pricey!

The phones at this place don't work so I drove up to try to get my dog seen for vaccinations as I just moved to the area and need to establish a new vet. When I walked in they had signs up that said "we aren't seeing anymore patients today" so I asked if I needed an appointment or what I needed to do to get my dog seen by them The lady at the front was super off putting and rude when she responded and said "we don't do appointments and as you see we aren't taking patients. There's plenty of other places to go to" which was such an odd stance to jump directly to when I was just trying to learn they're process. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but I wouldn't recommend anyone go in here to be treated like that. No telling how poorly they treat the animals if that's how they treat people walking in wanting their services.

Very much a waste of time. 30 minute wait time even though I was there 15 minutes before opening. And then they call me in for another 30 minute wait time in the lobby. To add on, they charge you for the most simplest questions in the world. I asked why my dog might be losing hair and received a "I think" answer. Aren't they the professionals? I need an "I know" not a Googled guess. It's due to the "doctor's time" when all I got was 3 minutes of B.S !! 0/10 you're better off trusting the internet/friends/anywhere else.

Don't ever take your animals here. They literally killed my cat. They gave my cat surgery and told me he was fine afterwards. No after care instructions, absolutely nothing. I asked if he should keep taking his meds and they said no that he didn't need them. A day later he became sick again and by the end of the night he DIED. I called to get to the bottom of it and the other vet that worked there said he would find out whoever sent me home with zero discharge instructions and why they told me to stop giving him his medication. Not to mention we had just dropped $1,100 because we were under the impression we were taking home a fully healed and healthy cat. On top of it, before his surgery they prescribed him medication and when I went to the pharmacy they said there was insufficient information on the prescription they had given me. But The vet was already closed at this time so there was nothing they could do about it, and my cat had to wait an entire extra day before receiving pills that may have saved his life. When he started to fall ill again I called the the red barn to voice my concern and ask for instructions and the woman who answered the phone "couldn't find his file" even though he had just been there a day before and offered no solutions. All of these things came into play to cause my cat who was not even 2 years old to lose his life. Maybe if they hadn't rushed him out so soon after surgery and given me misinformation on his aftercare, or maybe if they had been able to find his file when I called, or maybe if his prescription had gone through in time, maybe he would still be alive. Take your pet somewhere where they actually recognize the value of your pets life, not this place that takes forever to get into and once you do just treats them like just another number.
