I love this place. It always has such wonderful staff, a great selection of products, and the pricing is very reasonable too. I also love the second hand clothing options they have. This is truly an asset to our community, both by providing sustainable and locally-sourced products as well as providing a safe space for diversity.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and inclusivity of this place. Not only is this a fantastic way to upcycle, recycle, and help protect the environment, its also clear they care for the diversity of their employees. The second I saw pride flags I knew I had come among my people lol and the atmosphere was so pleasant. 20/10 would go here for all my refillery wants and needs.

This place is okay. I hoped the selection would improve overtime- it hasn’t, and now they’re starting a second location.
I’ve decided not to support this business anymore after an uncomfortable shopping experience last week. My sisters and I came in dressed up nicely for a shopping day in Eastown. We were met by a staff of 2 biological males unkemptly masquerading as women while on the clock. Neither were passing in the slightest. It caused me to feel discomfort and fear; I felt nervous to be in the store with unknown factors going on. I don’t return to places that cause me to feel this way.
I’ve already felt perturbed by the willingness to ruin the store aesthetic to fly the pride flag- now this?
This business has an immoral, disjointed, “come for the groceries, stay for the social justice” vibe going on, so I’m not going to participate in the bad energy here any longer.

My favorite place to get my Little Seed Farm deodorant refilled. I always end up finding other new things every time I go in. I am grateful to have this store nearby. It's also an awesome place to find gifts for planet loving friends.

Super cool shop with lots of good options I ended up getting some of the shampoo and bubble bath. They provide free containers. If you need one lots of good options they also have glass for purchase if you’d like to refill glass. Definitely would love to try it all.

This place is so cool. I am trying to be more eco-friendly and sustainable, and Earthly Refillery is a one-stop shop for this kind of journey! I was aware that they have bulk items like laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. but there's so much more than that, too. I was overwhelmed by all the different products! They have bulk pantry staples (dry beans, grains, oils, spices, even pasta), a huge refill station with everything previously mentioned and more, secondhand clothing, reusable items for home, cat toys, beauty products, plastic-free items, even local cheese and butter. I had so much fun looking around and ended up buying a travel size dry shampoo and some natural deodorant that comes in a glass jar. The brand is Little Seed Farm and it's my new favorite deodorant! I'd been trying different plastic-free options over the years and none even come close to this one. If you're interested in living a more sustainable, single-use plastic free lifestyle, this is definitely a spot you'll want to check out.

Love their products but when I checked out after shopping, the screen asked for a tip. Sorry, but that is too far with tipping culture. I’m not giving a tip to someone who was sitting behind a counter the whole time doing what’s expected of them.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We are so lucky to have a Refillery in GR. They are constantly improving the shop and expanding their offerings. It's my go to place for dry goods. Lots of great personal care and kitchen items too! They even have a place to recycle toothpaste containers now too! Staff are sweet and friendly. Parking is accessible too either on the street or in the lot out back. Thanks for all you do, Earthly Refillery ❤️✨
