I went to Echo Salon yesterday and had an amazing experience. Becca was so sweet, talkative, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for/how my hairstyle would fit with my lifestyle. I will absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend 😊 I LOVE my fun and sassy haircut

I booked a blowout with Jessica P and had a good feeling, so I got a long overdue trim too. It was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! Natural, easy, and chic. Just what I had in mind. Jess was great, and I highly recommend booking with her:)

10/10 every single time. Melissa is THE BEST and knows how to deliver! She is so knowledgable and her passion for what she does shows in her service. I've had poor salon experiences in the past and now Melissa and the gals at Echo Salon are the only folks I let use scissors on my hair. She is trustworthy, an absolute professional, a wizard with extensions, and a fabulous human that makes salon chair conversations so refreshing and life-giving. Aly is the best!! I went in for a much needed haircut and came out with so much more. She listened to what I wanted and gave me tips and tricks to help style my thin hair better. I'll be going back to her every single time and recommending her to anyone I come across!

Just a heads up if you are neurodivergent and have memory issues, make sure to cancel within 24 hours or they will charge you half your service price 10 minutes after you were supposed to be there, guaranteed, even if it was going to be your first appt. So I basically paid 25 bucks for the pleasure of having brain damage. I just would’ve appreciated a little grace, but I get it. It’s a business. I would personally just prioritize welcoming new clients over slamming down the hammer, but that’s just me. Just a note for my peeps who struggle with time blindness or memory issues. not the right place for me, even if they do great work.

Oh my gosh aly was so amazing! I have been struggling with split ends and breakage, so I just wanted a professional opinion on what I should do and she went above and beyond. She recommended really great products specific to my hair needs , gave me tips on how to style my hair, and also showed me what hair ties to use. She was also very personable and we had great conversation. 11/10 recommend her!

I had Katie Nicole today for a much needed haircut, and she did a fantastic job! She totally listened to what I wanted in terms of a 70s look and really knew how to work with my wavy hair. I get nervous getting my wavy hair cut, because a lot of places tend to cut it much too short, forgetting that it will scrunch up when I wear it naturally. Katie Nicole was very welcoming, funny, and easy to talk to. The appointment was super relaxing and fun, she’s really a great conversationalist. I always love meeting other MSU alumni! Definitely recommend Katie if you’re looking for a talented stylist who knows how to listen!

I have visited Echo several times now for cut and color, and can I just say, I always feel so welcome. The culture of the salon is very kind and welcoming, and I usually see Halley and Ally, but recently met Bethany as well. My hair always turns out great and alwsys have a good time while it's being done. I love them so much the salon is also doing all of the hair services for our wedding this weekend! 10/10 would recommend!

Big thank you to Barbara for the haircut, color, and conditioning treatment! I love my new hair and this place always has such a wonderful energy! I’ve also had wonderful service from Kayla too. Overall, this salon offers expert hair stylists with beautiful results.
