I have been with Eenhoorn for more than 12 years. It is an amazing company that treats you like family and not a number.

The Lofts Apartment by Eenhoorn, LLC is perfectly situated in Downtown Grand Rapids near a park and walking distance to major restaurants, hair salons, and music venues. This location was perfect for me to walk anywhere, especially being nearby major hospitals to practice in. You may hear a fire truck pass by from time to time since it is near the Fire department, but this simply adds to the sense of security I had living in this area despite being in downtown.
The lead Property Manager, Sarah McDowell, was immensely professional and accommodating throughout my stay. Sarah is quite attentive, considerate, and prompt towards the residents. I highly commend her for her character which made my living and move-out much easier. Her communication regarding building repairs or community events were always timely. Though the building is somewhat older than most, the location is tough to beat and staff were pleasant. Thank you so much Sarah! Have a great day.

Eenhoorn is an exceptional Property management company that truly strives to be the best in taking care of their residents. Their dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of their operations. I would rate them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Eenhoorn as a Property management company.

If I could give these property management 0 or negative stars I WOULD. First of all no contact at all. I had got an apartment with Broadstone ranch and the apartment was INFESTED WITH RED ANTS. coming out the water lines and ALL everywhere crawling on my beds even found in my children’s diapers. REALLY HORRIBLE. I wrote them a letter letting them know I was moving out and it was aligned with my rights on the property Texas codes of inhabitable living which they didn’t provide and attached photos. ANYWAY they ignored my letter and still haven’t contacted me about my REFUND. INSTEAD they IGNORE MY LETTERS WHICH I WROTE THEM TWICE. AND PROCEEDED TO PUT MISCELLANEOUS 5K on my credit report after I told them in the letter that they have no permission to put anything on my report. I never got anything showing where is this 5k coming from that I owe them apparently. so WAS ONLY THERE 2 MONTHS. EENHORN PROPERTY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE . And maybe they will stop ignoring me now!!!
**** THE COMMENT THEY WROTE IN RESPONSE IS FALSE NEVER HAS ANYONE REACHED OUT TO ME IF SO I WANT TO SEE PAPER RECORDS SENT… all lies and scammers!!! Give me my money back and take the collection off my account because I wrote you guys a letter saying YOU HAVE NO PERMISSION TO DO SO. And that is in usc codes for permissable purpose ****

As a prior employee, I can safely say the good does not out weigh the bad. While I cannot speak for the Property Management side of the job, the Security Department is a hot mess. The department manager does not like to deal with any problems brought to him. All problems are treated as if they are an inconvenience and not something that needs his attention. Good luck bringing any issues to HR because they will write you up for failure to comply. HR also doesn’t respond in any sort of reasonable manner. It takes 3-5 business days to hear back on all things unless they feel it’s important. They do also charge their employees less rent, but only for those who are deemed important enough in corporate. This brings up legal and ethical questions as it seems like it goes against Fair Housing. The prices for rent is also just outrageous (I’ve lived at one of the properties so I speak from experience.) As the only female Security Officer I experienced a concerning amount of sexism that was constantly swept under the rug. Honestly the company is one wrong move away from a lawsuit if anyone had the right idea to look further into the practices of the company. While I did enjoy the actual job itself, the practices of the company are extremely questionable, but you are not to ever question them.

I have found Eenhoorn to be very professional and they treat their employees and residents fairly. They go out of their way to make both residents and staff feel valued. They take the time to develop employees and give them the resources they need for growth!

If you are an apartment locator or vendor be very careful sending business here. Specifically Broadstone ranch in San Antonio .We have tried to collect and have not gotten paid since last year . Also higher ups do not return emails or phone calls to try to resolve the issue .I do not want this happening to other hard working apartment locators .

So me and my family lived in Georgetown estates for about 4 years and we got a eviction notice after the new property manager moved in. We were trying our best to keep stuff clean and she evicted us with no court order.

I would not do business for a company that refuses to change their price on several apartments that have been sitting on the market for 2 months. You lost $7640 because you didn't want to lower prices on 5 apartments?
