Chaz was awesome and super helpful. He saved me from getting the wrong size unit and made the adjustment on our account so easy! I would suggest improving the description of the multi-door units on the site, I was not aware that it is two separate, skinnier spaces. Thanks for the info Chaz!

I like the friendliness of the staff however I just got a $25 a month increase which is excessive for a 5'X10' unit.

Convenient location and staff always friendly/helpful. The only issues were that the monthly price constantly increased and there was water dripping from the ceilings of the interior rooms onto all of my boxes and furniture.

It was very convenient to lease storage unit. Brittany was really helpful. She took the time to walk me through signing contract over the phone. Her customer service was excellent. Kudos to Brittany!

Avoid coming here at all causes, they will scam you with a low rate just so you can come rent from them, then after one month of rental they raise up the price to 50% or more and I just got my rental last month. They try to tell me that the market rate changed in a month by 75% what a joke.

Read through the reviews. They give you a fair rate to move in and then they will tell you that the rate is subject to change based on market conditions and they raise your rent really high. Don't trust this place. Bait and switch scammers. Poor business practices.
