Waste of time going to this broke down gas station. Products they sell don’t work either, most electronic products been sitting so long the batteries don’t work and owner won’t exchange 0/10

The employees are very friendly but the place is dirty, inside and out. Half the pumps were removed, and the other half have issues.

This is like a gas station that doesn't want to be a gas station.
They barely sell fuel, half the pumps just got removed, you can't tap to pay at the pump, half the pumps are broken. You can't even get a receipt printed outside.
Go anywhere else.

Exxon, please get new owners for this gas station. This location rarely has working pumps or card readers and it’s been like this for years. You cannot get a receipt. The store is dirty and poorly stocked. I wouldn’t advise ladies or children to go inside or use the restrooms.

Always in disrepair, dirty, broken door, multiple pumps not working, poor lawn care. Overall not taken care of or managed well.

Some of the reviews I agree with and some I don't..
First the card reader does not hold your card when placing it in.. The card actually gets read and then it may ask for a pin number for debit.. When it is done reading card it will release the card... Most gas stations do this.. I do not get gas here because it is a run down location...
The inside is a JOKE! The whole building needs to be redone and needs to be cleaned up.. The owners are from India and they do not know how to maintain the building to clean it up and brighten up the store and make everything new.. The building should be expanded and have a new look and the location would gain more business.
This location does have windows boarded up as this location does seem to get broken into.. The time I was there a customer came in indicating there was problems with their son's car after getting gas as it was mixed with water and may have an attorney because of this.. I have no idea why customers come here and it is not the lowest price on the street... There is plenty of other locations.. Use Gas Buddy to find lower prices and you will see lower prices elsewhere.. Diesel seems to be out all the time..
My guess is there is lots of problems with the tank and this place just needs to rebuild and start over I think they would be surprised with more business... I was a Retail Rep but marked this location as closed and unsafe... This way I do not have to stop by this location no more.

This neighborhood isn’t a dump but if you judged by this business, you would think this neighborhood is a dump. Owners turning this part of the world into the hole they ran away from on the other side of the world.

The clerk is extremely rude.Grand rapids and the sourding areas please do not give this gas station your business! They are extremely rude and the clerks refuse to follow the rules state of Michigan's laws ! Don't stop here and expect good service!
