Most of workers are racist toward blacks at 2900 Burligame location. I was told by Alex B, the customer service clerk what it has to do with me. After I said something to her for following two black families around the store. I want you to know lady you make all of us white people look bad. I was told that all Family Fare family store is this way. I hope not.

I understand everyone needs to have a tobacco policy. I have been a customer at this Quick Stop since it opened. I am 63 years old. My ID was expired. I didn't know. The clerk who is always rude, by not talking. He spoke tonight. Saying he couldn't even punch the numbers in. I won't go back. I'll spend my money at a mom and pop store who doesn't card.

Couldn't buy anything because they couldn't make change for a $50 dollar bill. Not even remotely apologetic. I will never go back

I went into the gas station to grab a few snacks. The man working proceeded to make comments about my outfit and what I was wearing. It was disgusting. The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet paper or soap. He did not greet me and made me feel unsafe. It was a man with a brown beard. Do not go into this gas station. The service was awful and snacks are overpriced. There is a speedway down the street much cleaner.

I don't think that there is a Family Fare gas station with more miserable workers. They might be the most unfriendly people I've ever met. It isn't just one worker.

About half the bottle ,,can,,machines the bottle return machines were down today people are waiting in line with a cart full of bottles two carts full before me and a gentleman trying to turn in some,It looks like a very small amount/ bottles at courtesy desk they turned him away I was able to turn in my bottles in the bottle machine and then took 27 to the current ED courtesy desk I counted out and they would not take them even though the bottle machines were backed up in the irreparable and until a "qualified maintenance person got there to Fixum" not ever not exactly sure whatever happened to customer service these days. I mean after all 27 cans I had all counted out that's only $2.70 and all of them were cans that they sold there at the store.

I'm in here about twice a week. I love the proximity to my home, and the small, easy to navigate size of the store. The staff is always really friendly and helpful!

Oh Family Fare ours is a dysfunctional relationship. You're so close to me and I give you chance after chance, I want to love you but you make it so hard with your ridiculously high prices, substandard produce, and limited selections. So often after I park I tell myself that I will be back in this car in three minutes to head 5 more minutes down the road to the store that actually has what I need. Why do I keep coming back? Well you are so close and that has worked in your favor, those moments when I am just so tired that I am willing to shell out the extra $$. Your staff is great, and your lines are long so I know you don't really need me. But you know I can't quit you...sigh

Don't waste your time going to the Starbucks there, unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to wait for your coffee. Seven people in line and the coffee attendant decided to wash dishes. 30 minutes later left with no coffee.

This Family Fare location is open 24/7 and is the perfect size! Shopping trips here, especially during late-night hours, are quick thanks to smaller aisles and no extra departments without sacrificing a decent selection of products and brands. Their produce and organics products are great! We bought a week and a half's worth of groceries for two people for $92. Sale prices are usually decent (sometimes cheaper than Meijer), but not all items are worth the extra dollar. I recommend picking up deals at Family Fare, then finishing the rest of your shopping at a larger grocery store.

I've been shopping here since I've been a student at Grand Valley. Even though I live in the Ann Arbor area, It is kind of a mainstay anytime I come to GR or A town. It's clean, has a nice deli, bakery, floral and a Starbucks! In addition, it has a gas station. I'll stop here anytime!!!

Nice clean store, people are ok, parking is good, nice selection of items, great wine selection and they have a nice gluten free section, a Starbucks, and a subway! Lay out is really weird don't know what they were thinking. Gas station is nice.
