“*UPDATED* March 30th 2023I as well don’t understand all the negative comments regarding this office! I been seeing Dr. Zalosko for over 5 years now at the old office as well at this location. Regrading the new location I was sent multiple emails stating if the new location before they actually moved there along with my appointment reminder updates it was also stating the new location and address as well. When it comes to appointments and arrival times they ask you to arrive 20 mins before scheduled appointment time also I was running late for my appointment by like 5 mins so I called to let them know this and the receptionist told me it’s fine that they give a 10 min grace period. The virtual appointments are not $45 for this it’s based on your insurance coverage and normal office copay which varies for each person($30 for mine). I don’t know one doctors office that will prescribe any patient pain medication/narcotics over the phone or without being seen in person or if they feel isn’t necessary as the opioid crisis makes it difficult for them to do so by law. Fyi they do have a app Healow for all appointments and medical information that is very helpful and most things can be addressed there as well. A lot of things have changed since Covid started so some things they can’t do as before.”

Carey is one of the best. They don't B.S you here trying to get as much money as possible, they seemingly genuinely care and want to help you without breaking your pocket.”
