By far the worst shipping company! All they do is lose packages and dont care about what happens to them. Their attention to detail and desire to resolve a problem or issue is not there. Regardless if you talk to a manager or rep.

I was a little surprised bc this is a relatively sm PakMail shop. The representative was polite and my package was delivered in a timely manner.

I was prepared to stand in line for the lunch rush at this location. But I had the place to myself. All my questions and concerns were kindly answered (even when I went back to double-check).
