Anthony, who is our regular delivery driver, is wonderful. He communicates well and is always pleasant, personable, and outgoing. He always shows up when he is supposed to and will sometimes rearrange his deliveries so that he can do a pickup within our somewhat odd Friday shipping hours.

I would like to commend FedEx Freight driver Anthony for his outstanding service. He consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, ensuring timely pickups for my freight. His positive attitude and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the dispatch team has been very efficient and easy to collaborate with. I love working with FedEx.

I signed up for automatic shipments with chewy for my pet food and they use FedEx for shipping and they can never seem to deliver it on time they say attempted to deliver or tried to deliver when in fact, they never even showed up to my house because it’s not like it has to be signed for and they could leave it in the driveway. Personally, I’m gonna contact chewy myself and tell him they should use a different shipping company and I encourage everybody else to do the same. Maybe once FedEx starts taking a loss in revenue they’ll start delivering packages on time and making an honest attempt to do it.

Paid for overnight shipping on live fish. Packages were only an hour away and mysteriously got delayed. Packages didn't arrive until the next and several of the fish were dead. FedEx didn't honor their overnight shipping that I paid for and didn't care that it was live animals.

Absolutely terrible delivery service! I would’ve rated them zero stars!I’ve been chasing my “chewy” package for the past four days they give me a text saying they can’t deliver it , I’m not home except that I am home! staring out my glass lighters sitting on my couch and I don’t even see a FedEx truck. This is clearly a driver issue! either they need more training with somebody learn how to do your job.
