I wouldn't give one star for this establishment if that were an option. Even management will treat you like dirt. I have never had a problem doing a deposit and getting change for my small business, but this teller "manager" treated me like I was nothing. Walked away before I could even respond. I was being kind and just trying to understand if this was a new rule, and she had no respect or consideration, just walked away. This is why so many people told me to stay away from Fifth Third.

Never had a problem with fifth third bank until they closed two near banks from my location. This location is a joke a had problems with them few times. Two times i went to open an account to my daughter and always had excuses... When to another one far from my location and everything was good with opening my daughter account. Yesterday I deposited my check from work (for second time)and the cashier told me will be good in my account the next day. Now im calling costumer service to verify why the money is not yet in my account and now they’re telling me will take 11 days but by the federal law EFAA, banks cant hold a local check more than 5 days so u better figure out before i take action !! Also I will get another bank!! They’re a joke!! Never had problems (more than 8 years) with the location at chicago dr and michigan lake dr but they closed permanent.

Honestly had this bank for years but I’m disappointed went twice at 4 they couldn’t help me open a new account, I asked to make an appointment at 4 on the first day, they said no that they would help me on the next day. I went on the next day and couldn’t help me then offered me to make me an appointment. I would have been helped if they would’ve helped me make an appointment in the first place. Poor customer service, also teller was making faces. Walked away telling her I would find a different bank and they said that was fine. That’s rude

The bankers here are not concerned about service. We entered the bank with over 20 minutes to close in order to open bank accounts for our kids. In order to do this, we all have to be there (mom plus dad plus kids) which is VERY difficult to do on work days (dad working, kids in school, etc). The banker on duty was on her computer (not helping anyone or even on the phone) but told the teller that she couldn’t help us because was busy. She didn’t even bother to come and tell us herself, to ask us what we needed, or apologize that she was working on something so important that she couldn’t help the customers in front of her. We weren’t even asking for the process to be completed today. We just wanted to sign the papers that we both want to open these accounts for our kids. We would go to another bank completely if we didn’t have all of our other accounts here. This is not the bank to come to of your looking for service from a banker on a Saturday.

Frankly put I will never bank with this bank. Had to fill my prescription at the pharmacy across the street. I also needed a couple rolls of quarters. I keep them in my vehicle for meter's and such. Usually I go to Huntington or Chase and never have an issue. The teller here refused to give me them stating that the bank only offers change to account holders. If I went to my bank they could surely give me some. I don't have a bank. So I left and proceeded to the Huntington Bank a mile or so away where the teller not only gave me the 2 rolls did so in a welcoming and friendly manner and wished me a great day.

Friendly and honest bank. Teasha explained their checking account perks and set me up with an account in less than half an hour. Definitely recommend 5th 3rd.

I’ll start by saying this was my first time at this branch.I know that I was cutting close to the time they closed, but chose to go anyway. There were a few people ahead of me, and I was okay with waiting. The young woman behind the counter was the only one working and mind you this isn’t even her typical location. She was very professional and handled herself with such poise despite working both the counter and drive-through.A HUGE kudos to her, she deserves a raise and time off. I wish I had gotten her name to pass along word to higher up. Very pleased by her professionalism and attitude!

People just don't understand the inner workings. Saturday is the worst day to come because everyone shows up. Expect to wait. 53rd has been good to me.
