Not happy with new way interest charges are calculated on credit card. Will cancel my card. Been customer since 1980
After speaking with customer service regarding this post no help with this issue. They charged me interest for a item that was not even due yet till October statement. 😡
Update some one from a different local branch resolved this matter thank you

I just found out that Elliott is leaving and going to Grand Haven. He does a fantastic job for me. I've been banking with him for over 10 years with fifth third and Elliott has always come through for me 100%. Congenial and polite and I'm going to miss his service. Thank you

This is the slowest location in N GR. I've had the teller lady straight up lie to me about a federal regulation.I've been told they can't make change for a $20 w.o seeing ID by another teller lady.I don't have any of these issues at the 5/3 less than 4 miles away.Grumpy ugly people that don't like their jobs should really just quit, you hurt the business and clients retention.

Our business had an error (our fault) and I was able to call, the day after a Monday holiday, and get excellent advice to come right in. Angie was waiting for me to go over our deposit, took care of the error immediately, and processed a second deposit, all in a very timely manner. I felt the customer service was awesome! Thanks.

I had a problem with a mobile transaction (customer error, not Fifth Third). Monica Eddy at the Plainfield branch was most helpful and spent a good deal of time getting my account corrected for me. She was also able to get lower interest rates for me on accounts I am working to pay off. Have banked with Fifth Third and previously Old Kent for the last 50 years. No desire to go anywhere else, they are always helpful with any banking needs that I have.

Made the mistake of beginning to bank with Fifth Third at the Helms Center. Whatever you do avoid Brian. His attention to detail is awful, and his idea of customer service is to just repeat himself until you give up.

For the love of God what every you do, do NOT bank with Fifth Third. THEE worst bank known to man. I've had them for a few years and I have had nothing but issues with them. STAY AWAY!

Branch was helpful but please don't use fifth third.
