Buy something it triggers fraud alert and locks your account. Get scanmed and have a ton of fraud charges, that is okay and make you jump through a ton of hoops to deal with it. Horrible bank.

I don't have anything bad to say about this location, but rather the bank as a whole. I've had a checking, savings and credit card account with them since before college, but recently their customer service is soo bad and polices so poor that I canceled everything except credit card. I just tried to pay my credit card via phone and they have me put in all my routing and checking numbers and confirm payment then redirect me to their call center which is closed. Lol what a joke. Also if you don't scramble to put in the numbers quickly it just redirects to call center. Lol so terrible.

I am unable to access my accounts online. I have called and physically gone in. The banker reset my password but I don't think it was what I wanted. He can get into my accounts but I can't. I set up an appointment for today but it can't be found. I have bills due but can't pay them if I can't get into my accounts.

Terrible customer service. Closed my account almost a year ago and payed off my balance just to find out a year later that they’ve racked up $500 worth of fees on a secured credit card account that had the funds to cover the balance being it was a secured account.They never sent me anything via mail or email and their reasoning was we can’t contact you after cease and desist (no contact order) I didn’t even know what they were referring too nor was their any reasoning or understanding of my frustration after working hard on building my credit and having to deal with these petty charges they felt comfortable adding on a paid and closed account.They blatantly lie to charge as many fees as possible. I would never bank with them again!

Online banking is the slowest process!! Signing in takes about 5 minutes. It includes calling my phone for a verification code. A simple payment to DTE takes over a week to happen!! Transfer funds to a credit union, it takes a week. NOTHING happens in a timely manner with online banking. Mobile banking app recently got upgraded, a whole new app. Screwed up a perfectly fine app. It doesn't show check numbers or other means of check ID, just dollar amount. Several other issues. Only good thing with Fifth Third is their rewards credit card. Calling customer service usually takes at least 15 minutes, waiting on hold.

Recently opened a banking account with the Assistant Bank Manager(Binh Nguyen) and was provided with some great insight on how to build my credit. Good advice and service!!!!

This branch is awful. I have to go here for work and every single time it's a hassle. The customer is never right at this branch. It's the closest and most convenient for me, but I'm seriously going to have to go to a different branch. They treat me like I'm trash when I'm in there. The woman who helped me today kept talking over me and was super rude. Another banker had to come over to help her and then she was super rude to me as well. I don't personally have an account there, but I have to cash checks there frequently for my job bc they have an account with them. I've spoken to other people I work with who have used that branch and they've all pretty much had the same experience that I've had and they all have chosen to use a different branch.
