I had made an appointment for 2pm to have a new battery installed. Because of the very cold weather, chill of -11 degrees, my car needed a jump start. The bad road conditions caused the tow truck to be late getting to my home, was 45 minutes late for my 2pm appointment. The Firestone store was very busy and they got right to my car.

Really understaffed, they’ll probably postpone your appointment.

Firestone at the Beltline has a reputation for both expertise and integrity. As an example of both from my most recent experience, I arrived at Firestone with a nail in my tire. I knew the minimum that I would need would be a tire repair, but it became evident that I needed two front tires. When I explained that I thought I also needed an alignment because of a vibration at higher speeds, I was advised that the vibration was more likely to the two front tires and not the alignment, and we could schedule an alignment if the tire replacement did not resolve the issue. The tire replacement (I ended up deciding to purchase four new tires due to the age of the back two tires) did resolve the issue. My point is Firestone at Beltline employees are experienced experts (in this case Kevin) and do not try to sell you products or services which are not needed. That has also been the experience of my friends and family who also use Firestone at Beltline.

Glo is fantastic. We go to this location specifically because of her service. I believe the $50 gift card should be given to her to a restaurant that she would like to go.

I came in for an inspection and oil change. I told them that I'd have them fix whatever they found wrong. This would have been the perfect opportunity for them to say that I needed work that I didn't need. They actually said I didn't need anything major done. I appreciate that honesty a lot.

They are very unprofessional and do not care about your very expensive investment. Picked up my vehicle and it was full of greasy boot prints . Plus the work I expected was to be done was Not. They claim to have checked my brakes but the wheels have not been removed for the proper inspection and repairs .

I was a loyal customer of Firestone for over 10 years. I suspect the decline in customer satisfaction reflected in a number of reviews is related to corporate policies. Recently I utilized the on-line scheduling tool. I put in my preferred date and time on Sunday for an appointment on Friday. I received an email confirming the appointment request was submitted and heard nothing further. I went on Friday presuming the appointment was set and discovered I did not have an appointment. Reviewing the email it confirmed that request was sent & if needed the store would contact me to adjust/change. I submitted a second online appointment request & haven't heard anything but decided to use another business and was able to not only get an appointment scheduled promptly but have issue resolved in a timely manner. The last time I had an appointment with Firestone my vehicle wasn't even brought back to the bay for >90 minutes. I think Firestone has a staffing issue where they have inadequate staff to do the jobs they book and this is further exacerbated by the way things are "scheduled" (booking to many jobs plus trying to accommodate walk-ins &/or emergent jobs). Anyway, I've found a new business to support and will no longer use, recommend or support Firestone. Perhaps if Firestone corporate focused on making their employees happy by providing great wages, adequate staffing they could recruit & retain great people & in turn provide great customer service. Edit to update: Received an email confirming my appointment.... however I got the email at 12:40 p.m. for a 12 noon appointment.

I’ve been coming here since I could drive … it’s taken a pretty significant dip in quality lately. Appointments seem to be getting scheduled by a central office who has no context about what’s going on at the shop: recently they promised a same day fix of a tire, and after the third time I called for an update, they said it would be the next day. I can forgive business, but poor communication and coordination along with misrepresentation of services has me looking for a new auto shop.

I had Ernesto Rodriguez helping me with an oil change and I felt so taken care of. He really cared about me, my safety, and the quality of my car's care. He was AMAZING. I will always come here for anything tire, oil, car related etc.

Do not go here!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They take advantage of young people and women. I went to get my brakes checked because there was a scratching sound. They quoted me $1,100 and told me that I needed my brake fluid flushed, and both front and back brakes replaced. I took my car home and topped off my brake fluid and now my brakes are fine and they're not making any sort of noise. Below is the quote and the person who I dealt with.

Firestone Complete Care is where I take my vehicles for general maintenance. I've talked it up so much that my daughter and sons take their cars there as well. The service is great, and the selection/price of tires can't be beat.
