Highly recommend checking out Fox Ford 28th St. for your next vehicle purchase. Our salesperson, Austin Sherman was very helpful with finding exactly what we wanted right down to the color. I worked with Dusten Quick when I bought my 2019 Ranger, and honestly, these guys were a breath of fresh air in a world where car dealerships usually feel like boss fights. I showed up on a rough day — stressed, hurting, and rushing to get my kid — and Dusten picked up on that immediately. No pressure, no upsell nonsense, no slick moves. Just a genuinely good read on the customer in front of him.
And Manu Singh deserves major credit, too. He stepped in at the exact right moments, kept everything smooth, and made sure the deal stayed fair and transparent. Between the two of them, every number matched, everything was explained clearly, and there were zero surprises when it came time to sign — which is basically a Christmas miracle in the car world.
If you want a team that actually listens, treats you with respect, and keeps the whole process honest and human, go see Dusten and thank Manu while you’re there. They turned a day I was dreading into a solid experience, and they definitely earned this review — and my business going forward.

I bought my first car here roughly two years ago. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I ended up with a 2018 Ford Escape, and I absolutely am still happy with it! Even when it comes to getting service and maintenance done on my car it’s an easy process, and staff is always sure to thoroughly communicate issues, future maintenance suggestions, etc. I always recommend this specific dealership to friends and family because they are so amazing here!

The Service Department checked me in quickly and then performed a thorough inspection with regular maintenance all without the need for a previous appointment. I will definitely be returning there the next time my vehicle needs service.

I went in for an oil change. It took almost an hour and when it was done all I got was a text message stating there was a vehicle service report. Nobody came and let me know that my car was done. I had to go to the service tech to find out if I was all done. Then I found out they didn't check my transmission because they said the vehicle doesn't have a way to check it. But it does. Overall it's a nice facility with a nice waiting room.
