Dont go here for service. I walked in they said they are backed up for hours told me to come back the next day. When I pulled up they said to schedule they are busy. First date was a week later at 745. I got here. And its now been an hour and they didnt even get to my car yet. Unless you have 8 hours to sit around try somewhere else.

We purchased a warranty when we bought our Kia that was supposed to cover all repairs and provide a loaner car. When the dashboard lights went out, we had it towed to Kia south in Grand Rapids. They had no loaner cars and could not get the car in for SIX WEEKS. They could provide no assistance at all. Horrible dealership.

On Friday, December 19, I called to schedule an appointment. The person who helped me was Larry. From the beginning, I explained my situation, the state of my credit, that I already had a cosigner and a good down payment ready, and that I was very interested in getting a car as soon as possible.
On Monday, December 22, I received a message confirming the appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, around 2:00 pm. I waited for a while, and then another couple arrived saying they had an appointment at the same time with Larry. Even though I had been waiting in the lobby, someone else came over and asked the white couple what they needed, but no one ever asked me anything.
A few minutes later, Larry came out and immediately went to help them, even though he had notified I had arrived first and he had already seen me waiting. After waiting 25 minutes, he finally came over to me in the waiting area because his office was occupied and started asking me questions about my credit score and other things right there, which I found very unprofessional.
I answered his questions, and he told me it would be very difficult to get me a car without running a credit check first. This really bothered me because during the phone call I clearly explained my situation, and at that time he was friendly, understanding, and even mentioned some options. However, when I saw him in person, everything was negative.
I really regret scheduling this appointment because I had to adjust my work schedule and ask for permission, only to feel like I wasted my day due to very poor, unpleasant, and even discriminatory treatment from the entire staff.
