I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Alex when purchasing my 2026 Mazda hatchback. From start to finish, Alex was the perfect balance of professional, personable, and genuinely caring.
He made the entire process smooth and stress-free by being incredibly quick, efficient, and informative, while never making me feel rushed or pressured. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and it was obvious that he truly cared about making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision.
Alex’s friendly personality and attention to detail made a big difference! he treated me like a person, not just a sale. His knowledge of the vehicle and ability to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way really stood out.

Great service at Mazda this week. In GR for only a day or two, I was having battery issues. They got me in on their schedule, complete inspection, new battery all in 2 hours! But…..I also didn’t lose this 2 hours while I was in town. I quickly received a loaner, continued with my shopping and errands while my car was in for repair. When I returned, the incredible staff there also helped me re-load all my groceries from my loaner car into my own car! They went above and beyond to give me great service. Thank you!!

We had such a good experience at Fox Mazda that when it was time to purchase another vehicle we went there first. Alex Marcia was amazing to work with and made the buying process easy from start to finish! I will be recommending Fox Mazda and Alex to all of my friends and family.
We purchased our first Mazda from another dealership that is about an hour away about five months ago. We had a terrible experience there. If we hadn't fell in love with the vehicle we wouldn't have purchased from them. We knew that we would be using the local dealership for all of our service needs so we went ahead with the purchase anyway. Yesterday was our first visit to the local dealership. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the customer service they provided. We will be taking our vehicle there for all of our future service needs. I would highly recommend them!

I worked with Mike through the sales process and he was personable, knowledgeable, and responsive to my texts and calls as I was considering different car options. He stood out in the snow to run through the car's features and followed up with me numerous times following the purchase to ensure everything has been going smoothly. Very happy with my experience.

Out of all the Mazda dealerships, this is the best one. Period. Highly recommend Nico and Derek. Nico is the best salesman I have ever worked with. And I mean it. He’s not pushy, he’s easy going, and really wants you to get the best car possible. Derek is an amazing finance manager. He explain exactly what you are signing, doesn’t push around unnecessary stuff like other finance managers, and is really honest. The more good things I say about these guys, the less. I still can’t believe my experience was really that good. I highly recommend them! Trust me, talk to them. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Fox Mazda from start to finish (which was five days total!)!!! I wanted to look at the CX-5 and CX-50 and drive them on Tuesday. It was an ugly, misty, cold day, and I was in a time crunch. Matt (Sales Manager) and Apaya (Sales Specialist) rolled out the red carpet. They put me in a CX-5 right away, and by the time I got back, they had a hybrid and a gas CX-50 running and waiting for me to try out. I was there about an hour and 15 minutes, and by the time I'd left, I had driven three models, gotten an appraisal on my Honda, and they agreed to send me quotes for everything so I could study it. I mulled it over, decided I wanted what I wanted color wise and asked them to get me a dealer trade on a 2025 CX-50 Hybrid. They had it there and ready to go by Saturday! It was an easy car-buying experience, and Apaya and Matt worked as a team to get me the options I wanted, sweet deals, and to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Great team!
I'm thrilled that Fox Mazda gives 2 free oil changes in the first year AND they have free loaners in service for life. That's TOTAL incentive for me to take my car back there. My Honda dealer acted like that was asking too much and would point me to the shuttle. Not great when you don't work or live close to the dealership. Fox Mazda knows how to treat a customer!
On top of that, I absolutely LOVE my Mazda CX-50 Hybrid!!! I'd highly recommend Fox Mazda and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Working with Alex M. and Nico was not only enjoyable but made the whole process less stressful. They both were not only patient but extremely thorough through the entire process even before car shopping. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who is looking to purchase a car and not looking to get the typical “sales” pitch or push; Your needs and wants will be met !

I purchased an older, low-priced but high-demand used vehicle for a new driver in my family, but I was still treated like a high-end customer. I appreciated this very much. The only negative I had was that the vehicle was posted online well before it was actually ready for a test drive. Otherwise, great experience and would recommend to friends and family, and visit again for future purchases.

Wish I could give no stars I warn everyone when I say this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them they are scammers and will sell you a lemon and have you stuck paying for a car that isn't drivable anymore and lie about service done to the vehicle before the purchase Matthew is a liar and the secretary Ruth promised that the company can help and then got a call minutes later saying that what was discussed was not gonna happen horrible people and customer service 0/10
Update do not purchase a used vehicle from here their inventory is shit and they are trying to scam you and sell you a lemon because they know that the lemon law doesn't cover cars older than 2020 so they lie to you to sell you a car that they know is horrible and will break down on you and lie to your face just to make a quick dollar sickening
Update 10/20/25 final post got in contact with gm Brad had a good conversation offered solutions just not the ones we were fully looking for i do appreciate the willingness from him to help right this wrong however we did not agree on an solution together but if you ever have any problems with a vehicle bought im sure Brad can help you out if you are patient and willing to work with him just because we were not doesn't mean it wont work for you

Mike Doom.....this is where it is at... The guy works endlessly to get you in your dream car. The rest of the peeps work hard and support Mike as well. Brand new car, Brand new family, Brand new experience. This was an exceptional experience.
