Dropped in for a quick workout from out of town. Jake (coach) was awesome! Brian and Tom in class were very welcoming as well. Jake was very thorough and made sure I understood everything and knew my weights. Programming was on point. 10 out 10 recommend. Thanks for the class fellas💪🏽

Best gym in the GR area by a mile. Highly educated and trained staff that are also friendly and non-judgmental. Getting personal training from Mike is the best decision I’ve made in a long time.
