Nice store, organized and clean. They do have nice items however I personally thought that they were a bit high on everything. They were priced as Walmart on all the items. At least what I was looking at... So *3* only because of the pricing of the items.

My interaction with Sara was very disturbing to say the least. I couldn’t find a manager to address this but she definitely had some anger issues to work out. I watched her run into a rack of decor with a stack of t shirts and dropped an item and continued her journey to the back. My husband also stated he was browsing through the tshirts she exclaimed excuse me and proceeded to put back the t shirts right where he was looking, he of course pointed out to me that the rack was fairly long. Anyway hope no one else gets to be in her way. Good luck

Honestly I felt like this location was very clean and organized. I went to three total locations in the area and I have to say that this one had the largest variety as well as prices and organization with sizes. I was disappointed to find that this specific location didn't have a lot of items over 2x.

Despite reading the negative reviews about this location, I decided to try it anyway. Turns out, I should’ve stuck with my normal spots. The cashier was very rude in the way she told me I got in line wrong. I’ve never been there before and don’t mind being corrected, but she scolded me for walking straight up to her, even though there was nobody else waiting. Her delivery was very condescending. She never greeted me or asked me to approach in a professional way, just started scolding me the second I got to the counter. I was shocked. Customer service isn’t on their priority list at this location. Try elsewhere.

The store is okay. I didn’t enjoy the customer service because the lady wasn’t being communicative when I had put something back, she didn’t let me know if she took off the item. She didn’t even say anything about the points you can use at certain locations until I said something. I never had to do that anywhere else. Also, some of the prices were a bit too high.

These people are bunch of thieves, they put price and when you go and pay for item they will charge you extra, several time happened to me that they charged me extra and when I complained about the issue they give me bunch of nonsense.I have been their costumer for several years but from today on I will never buy from them and I will encourage others to don’t buy from evilwill anymore.I regret why I give them my donation when there are many more real nonprofit out there, they get everything for free and they sell you the item and charge you extra, only thieves does that. I would give them zero star but unfortunately I can’t.

Unbelievable how downhill this location has gone. They used to have friendly cashiers and service, open fitting rooms and decent prices. Came in today to buy a few pairs of work pants with a 25% discount. The guy tending the registers walked away as I was laying my clothes down and never returned. Moments later a young girl asked me if I was okay then look disgusted as the guy stood over by the closed fitting rooms stating he must be on break. Then cashed me out with difficulty. I won't be back.

Staff was nice! Hidden treasures if you look hard enough, I found a go pro mounts in their original case of course few were missing but can't complain considering it is used items, I go treasure hunting a lot at thrift stores on my spare time,

No fitting rooms. Objects are too pricey. I wasted my time here. Some employees were nice and others not so much. Don't go here.

I wanted to try on two pair of pants 12 minutes prior to closing, but I was refused. The dressing rooms were closed. The reason given was that they would have too many clothes to put away if they didn’t close the fitting rooms early. I am very disgusted. If they want to operate that way, then they should close earlier.

Came into the store this afternoon and the cashier was nasty. No smile and bearly talked, even though I was talking with her. Thank you to the other young lady that came and helped and made the experience better.

Found this goodwill thanks to my son - the ultimate thrifter for tech equipment. Clean, spacious, and full of inventory but We weren't thrilled with this location. When I couldn't find a decent collection of bags, luggage, etc. I asked a staff person who informed me that they are placing their "better brands" online for auction. So they may "optimize more revenue from sales". I'm not a fan - what about the folks who go through trouble if actually showing up in person to shop? Also what about folks who don't have easy ready access to WiFi? Or a bank account to connect the auction page to?

A wide selection of different brands, styles and sizes. All in good condition. Some stuff is even brand new with the original tags still on them. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this goodwill location! Will be returning again very soon.
