I went in and there was no wait. I let the barber know that I was there a few weeks after a haircut from another place and I didn't like how the part was laying. Haircut was quick and exactly what I wanted. I left feeling good. This location deserves good ratings. I hear they also give out good rotating deals.

Terrible salon experience. Brought my son here and asked for her to fade his cut and leave an inch or so on top. She completely disregarded what I had asked and instead bearly trimmed around his ears and only cleaned up the back of his hairline. Looked as if nothing was done.. then I politely asked for more to be taken off and faded up as she lightly used her clippers to snip what must have been only 1/8 of an inch off because once again there was no change. I even showed her a picture of his last cut and gave her easy instructions to be repeatedly disregarded. Poor service, horrible customer satisfaction, listens to a child’s opinion over an adults. Walked out after paying and will never return.

I am not happy with my experience there. The guy was cutting hair with a cast on and it was so horrible, he hit my with the cast and when I got home I had to finishing cutting it myself so it was really more of a headache and waste of time and money. DO NOT GO HERE!

I have been here 3 times and got a great fade. This is what I got today. My friend had a barber come to their house to fix it before I go to work tomorrow. Very unpleasant experience. Look at the lines and low spots and long hairs. I do not remember the gentlemens name and I do plan on calling the manager tomorrow.

Worst experience today.
Usually I get the same haircut in this branch.
She had the notes too before she started..
When I said about the my hair cut. She always said I know I know, that’s what am doing.
At the end she messed up with my hair. On the Sides went too high one side. Really worst experience.
When She cut the hair she was faster and not behaving normally.
And she simply said I can’t do anything. Can’t stick ur hair again,
Next time may be you can correct it with stylist.

Very bad experience last time, I have been going to them for 10 years at this alpine Meijer location in GR. Usually I always get the same haircut, its usually easy and quick. Last time I went there was a new hairstylist and she messed up my hair. When buzzing the sides, she went too high on one side and now my hair is uneven and I went in for a free fix and then they told me there's no way to fix it because its too short so now I'm stuck with a messed up haircut and have been wearing a hat because its so embarrassing, they didn't even offer me a free haircut next time which would of been nice. I was treated poorly and they acted like it was no big deal. My hair grows fast but not enough when it comes to the sides, so now I have an embarrassing haircut and I wear a hat all the time. Also they keep raising the prices of haircuts every couple months by like 5 dollars. They aren't worth the price. If i do go back, I will request a person who has a lot experience but I am seriously considering going to somewhere else like maybe sports clips.
Hair type: Red hair, thick but straight.
