If I was giving this review after my first visit it would've been 5 stars but since then I've had a horrible experience. The first person to cut my hair was wonderful and did an excellent job, loved my cut. Trying to get in for a second appointment was difficult and when I did the second person completely butchered my hair! I'm still waiting for it to grow back to a length that I can get it corrected. Very confusing because the 1st person put notes in and the second person read them and still completely did the opposite. It is actually unreal how she left my hair with the sides sticking up as well, felt like I let a child cut my hair. I've had horrible time trying to find a decent affordable place to get a simple haircut and I cant. I was hoping this was the place.

Quick and easy, but I’ve found the results of haircuts to be hit or miss even when I’m getting the same cut from the same stylist.

They won't pick up their phone. I tried to call (my first time at this shop) to redeem a $10 internet coupon. They will not pick up the phone.

Quick and simple for kids haircuts. Checking in online is nice for skipping the waiting line. I also like how they have my son's haircut information on file so there's no need to explain to them every time what to do. It's quick and convenient with low drama.

Yeah easily one of the best hair cuts / beard trim I’ve ever gotten. The attention to detail Derek has while cutting, and his great skill of being able to stay focus and deliver an amazing hair cut while still having an engaging conversation through out was impressive. Had a great experience couldn’t be happier. Derek is very experienced and offers great suggestions.
