Only 2 stylists working on a Friday? I checked in online and by the time I got to the shop, my place didn’t change and the time increased to over 118min. Over 15 people waiting on the list. When I got there only three people including myself were in the salon and the stylists had zero giddy-up. They turned away so many walk-in’s too. I ended up leaving and trying another shop down the road.

Don’t bother with an after work cut. They close at 6. What?!
Update: still a bad experience. Checked in online. Came in with 10 minutes to go. Waited 20 minutes while I watched 2 of the most meticulous haircuts I’ve ever seen.
Still no recommendation for this place.

Average experience, by what feels like inexperienced barbers. It’s affordable and convent, the employees are nice, but my hair is never exactly how I like it. I’ve been there about 3 times.

I had my hair cut by the older woman who is there, Short bold/gray hair. During the cut she seemed very nice and had some okay conversation, However she grazed my face with the point of the sizers very close to my eye. I also was hit in the head by her as if I was a child, that is not okay at all. The end of my hair was cut blunt across the bottom and when I asked for it to be textured she said “ You don’t need that”. Very unprofessional, in the end there were many uneven and blunt cuts. Very unhappy with my experience and most likely won’t return to this location.

I got a drop in cut in Grand Rapids MI, and was surprised that they were unable to find any records on the many different states I have used you. I got a very good cut and friendly people with a good price.

This is my third visit to Great Clips and the second at this location. I love online check-in, but I think you should also be able to note your arrival on your own. The store is clean, and the stylists are friendly. The haircut(s) have been exactly what I wanted and well done. There are no extra frills here, but we'll done. I am going back and may never go back to my other business.

Incredibly professional!
The staff was exceptionally busy due to a number of us all waiting till the last minute on picture day for school. They showed no signs of stress among the chaos and were genuinely inviting and kind.
