Brought my son in yesterday, his 29 but had a brain injury. Girl with dark hair took him back. And wow when he was done,didn't look like she did much. His mother is a hair stylist,but was busy yesterday. He asked me today that he was gonna ask his mom to fix it,his hair....really....paid $20 and even gave her a $5 tip,not sure why. Now he has to get it fixed,he told me he never wants to go back. I never had a problem getting my hair done,but never had this girl cut it either.

ref your Northland Dr location. I called yesterday to verify my long time stylist Katy would be in today. I was told yes from 10-1. I went on line this morning to check in. I checked in and was on time for my cut. When I got there one stylist said Katy was there in the backroom the other said Katy was gone and not coming back. I don't know what is going on but this is bad business and I am going elsewhere. Katy did a tremendous job for me always professional. I hope I can find out where she went. Under the name of Irv Hall

I’ve been to this location before and received a haircut I was happy with. It’s never as nice as when I go to a salon, but a lot cheaper so I’m fine with that.
I went in on Thursday to get a few inches off before taking family photos on Friday. I was horrified to see that she cut my hair 3 inches shorter than I wanted it!! Was supposed to be right below my shoulders and it doesn’t even touch them. Will not be going back.
Hair type: Wavy, curly (was cut dry and brushed out…..)
Stylist: Not sure my stylists name, she never told me, but she went way shorter than I asked for. ?

I always get a great cut here. I'm never disappointed. I have short hair and always walk away with a great chunky spikey style. The very best part, in my opinion, is being able to tip the stylist like 50% because of the low cost. I doubt I will ever return to the high priced salons again. It took me awhile to figure out giving my cash to the stylist is much more fun than giving it to the salon owner, who isn't cutting my hair. ?

SAVE YOUR HAIR - do NOT go to this Great Clips!! My fiancé and I took our 1 year old son to get his hair cut (he loves to get his hair cut too) and the stylist completely botched his hair, did an uneven job, and gave him clipper nics (even though he stayed still the whole time). We took him to the Alpine Great Clips location and the stylists there were even sympathetic and said she botched his hair. The Alpine GC team did their best to fix his hair so it looked ok while it grows out. We called the manager of this Great Clips (Northland Dr location) but the manager could have cared less that we were upset about our son’s haircut. She even hung up on us on the phone. We are extremely disappointed that they put our son and us through all this, treated us unprofessionally and were rude, all for a botched haircut for $20. AVOID this Great Clips location at all costs.
