I cannot recommend Doug Trevino & the Tucker Team enough! We just closed on our house yesterday and could not have done it without him. This was our first home purchase, but Doug guided us through the entire process and made it feel easy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, very responsive, and has great relationships in the community. In fact, we were on our way to look at another house when we saw a new listing pop up. He knew the seller’s agent and was able to get us in for a showing within 20 minutes of us calling, and it ended up being our dream home! We had a very long wish list, and Doug delivered on everything. He gave great advice on how to make the best offer without overpaying and was even able to negotiate some things that came up in the home inspection in an extreme seller’s market. We hope we won’t be moving for a while since we love our new home, but if you are, call Doug.
