I have been renting cars from this location for the last 14 months and I have never had a bad experience. Gwen and Nicole have been absolutely outstanding. They are friendly and engaging and have always been very professional and accommodating to me. I travel extensively and there is a great comfort in knowing that I do not have to worry about any issues with my rental car.

Do not answer their phones when a customer needs help? We are at a loss that we cannot connect with anyone RE: our rental reservation and pickup.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional I Forgot a pair of my favorite shoes in one of their rental vehicles, I called to see if the items had been found and was told they would return my call. I waited and waited and never heard back, then when I finally decided to call back myself I was told everyone went home for the day and that I would have to try again tomorrow. The first call was made at 2pm which I believe should have been plenty of time for their team to return a call before the end of the day. Overall unsatisfying experience.

After having a bad experience at a different Hertz location, we decided to give them another chance. I am glad we did. From pickup to dropoff, everything went very smoothly! The vehicle was very nice and customer service was great.

Difficult to navigate through the under ground roadway to find the drop off station. There was no one on duty to accept the vehicle. Dropping off rental vehicle.

Was really worried if I would get a car. My flight out of Chicago was canceled and I was put on a flight to another city only for that flight to be canceled and I was put on stand by for my original destination of Grand Rapids. By the time I tried to get my luggage, which didnt show it was past 1230am and the Hertz location closed at midnight. However when I got to the Hertz counter they were still there waitng. They did the paperwork quickly and I was on my way. I really appreciated that they stayed open after hours to accomodate the weather delayed passengers like myself.

The new version of the vehicle I rented was fantastic experience. People who took my information to rent the car were very comfortable with this transaction and helpful. Will use them from now on when I travel and need a vehicle rental service.

Classic bait and switch, or unfair/deceptive practices. They quote you $62 online and charge you over $100 upon arrival. If you have a business meeting to get to, you have no time to play games. The counter girl smiles and is pleasant, but offers NO quarter. I will not rent from Hertz again!

Car broke down during small trip, I was charged for tow truck, and 550 dollars for 2 days of using car. Had Lyft pick me up and wouldn't take me home but instead dropped me off at airport with my 19 month old daughter. I guy at the counter acted like I was a criminal because I didn't have the keys to turn in on a broken down car. I had paid the extra for insurance so I was confident that this car malfunction would at least not cost me money on top of costing me a day of my life broken down and waiting on hold with roadside assistance. Apparently it did. I am not happy and will never use Hertz again and will make sure no one I know uses Hertz either. ---UPDATE. Hertz took care of the money problems and was very responsive to my complaints, but did get rid of the NRA discount caving to crazy minority leftist pressure which will effect my usage of company in the future.

The rental was good. The only tiff I have is that I didn't have the car for the 4 full days only 2 days, so they changed my base rate higher than what I was quoted, I did not pre pay either. I don't think it's right at all.

I have rented from other locations but I have not had a better experience anywhere else.
