Charles was GREAT! I actually used a different H&R block like 3 years ago, and then I moved and used this office. I was lucky enough to get Charles as my preparer because he realized my previous years taxes were prepared incorrectly and I was supposed to get more back. He walked me through how to fix that plus got me the most back from any service or preparer I used in the past, even with the same company. So I've always trusted him to do my taxes ever since. This year my 2 and 3 year old girls had fallen asleep in the car on the way there so they stayed in the car with a family member. Once I told Charles this, he told me to bring them in because he had crayons and coloring books. My daughter eventually noticed his peanut butter crackers and asked what they were, and Charles ended up giving his personal snack to my daughters. He is really great at what he does and was very kind to my kids as well. He's the one with the cool purple hair ? so he'll be easy to spot! Lol Thank you Charles!

The tax pros I've worked with have all been very knowledgeable of my personal information and the applicable tax laws, credits and deductions, and have offered good advice for the coming year. I uploaded my tax documents and communicated with my tax pro through HRB's message system. It worked great and we never needed the appointment I had made earlier. I also saw that my tax pro was working evenings and weekends! She found several credits and deductions I did not know about, resulting in a hefty refund!
