I highly recommend choosing a different bank or branch due to poor customer service. We visited this bank to open a new account, but they informed us that only one person per household qualifies for the new account cashback offer. Additionally, they refused to accept digital documents and required printed originals, yet they wouldn’t even assist with printing them. In contrast, Chase Bank in the same area accepted digital documents, provided extra printouts, and made the account opening process smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for better service, I suggest going elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer of Huntington for quite some time now, visiting their branch weekly, and I must say that the service provided by the front desk team is exceptional. The ladies at the front are always so nice and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. They go out of their way to ensure that all my banking needs are met efficiently and with a smile.
Their willingness to chat and make it a good day for everyone who walks through the doors truly sets this branch apart. It’s refreshing to encounter such genuine customer service in a world that often feels rushed and impersonal.

This is my favorite Huntington branch. The ladies are helpful and friendly. Also it's nice to see the same faces. Other places I have visited had a lot of turnover.

Highly recommend going with an online banking company. If you’re set on a brick and mortar location would recommend PNC or Chase, anyone that’s NOT Huntington. Have had nothing but negative experiences with them. My girlfriends bank was bought out by them and she can’t stand them either. Highly recommend any other bank.

Went in to withdraw $7K from my savings account but they could only give me $3K. That's my money and I need it now... not cool. They said I could get a certified check though -- should have written it to myself and then cashed it on the spot. Instead, I just smiled, left the building and went somewhere else.

Mitch Tanis is great to work with, and the rest of the staff are also polite and professional. I've banked with them for years and love their online portal called "The Hub"!
