Horrible bank , if I can give a ZERO star that’s what it would be. I’ve never had to deal with poor customer service with a bank like this…my account had a fraudulent transaction and I dispute the transaction not only did they not insure that account was safe but they kept my account open to continue being hacked, available for fraudulent transactions to accumulate which it did. I went into the branch several times to asked for it to be fixed and showed them multiple other transactions being done to my account that wasn’t me having to dispute it all. It toke more than 4 bank walk ins and 4 phone calls to get my account final closed and to reopen a new one.
Just horrible don’t invest your time or money with this bank , Just terrible service no help at all

literally all the systems went down I couldn’t get to my money in my account because all their systems are down I couldn’t get in contact with customer service I couldn’t get on the mobile app to get my funds I couldn’t even get on it online and I couldn’t take no money out of the atm even if it’s just any atm it’s literally taking them more then 5 hours to get the systems back on and I literally couldn’t get none of my errands done or anything because I was waiting on them for more then 5

I'd give a negative number, if I could. Went in to close my Roth-IRA account and take my monies elsewhere, due to poor returns. Teller called the department but left it on speaker while she helped other customers. Then, for the next 80 minutes, we all listened to the cycle of "your call is important to us" while no one picked up the call. I had to go back to work, so I told her to hang up and I'll go somewhere else. She apologized and told me to have a good day. Really? No one picked up the call? This is how a bank treats its customers?

They are double charging for ATM fees if you use a non Huntington ATM you get the charge ATM the time of withdrawal then at the end of your billing cycle you get another big lump sum charge for everytime you have withdrew money. This is not explained or spoke about when opening account and when I called them they didn't care at all. I will never give Huntington a penny of my money again. And I will be banking somewhere else from now on.

This bank doesnt employ anyone that can open accounts. Laziness at its finest. Thats the whole reasoning for a branch, to open accounts so they have more customers.

From the first call I made to Grant to the final signing our house buying process was very easy! Grant was quick in getting my information to a loan officer and he was super nice when answering my questions and making sure I knew what I needed to start this process. We worked with Emrah for our house loan and he was nice and quick with giving us a pre-approval and getting the ball rolling. He also answered all of my questions when I called and emailed very quickly! Maggie also helped out a TON she was amazing and helped us to understand a lot! She understood that we had no idea what we were doing and she explained everything and she was extremely patient and kind! She was very personable and very knowledgeable and quick as well. The only downfall to our experience was the time the loan took, underwriting and just the whole process after offer being accepted was really long like a month or two but I'm glad we went with Huntington for our first time buying a house they helped out withclosing costs the interest was INCREDIBLE and the team was even better!! Thank you all for helping our family with our first house!
