Once I switched from cable to Iactivate I have not went back!!! Excellent customer service anytime I need anything!!!! If you’re thinking of getting Iactivate I’m here to tell you make the switch you will for sure be satisfied!!!!! And if you need anything fixed they are definitely the place to go as well. Best service all around!!!!

Had a screan repaced at 44th and Kalamazoo location very helpful and polite lady said stop back in a few hours and yes 3 hours latter it was like new again

I love that the service is Jimmy John fast lol. I drop my phone off and it was fixed in less than a hr. The lady at the counter is always so nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my phone repaired.

I can't even tell you how lucky I am to have stumbled upon Iactivate . I was just tagging along w/ a friend & I heard them talk about all the services they have . Now 4 plus yrs later & we r like family . I actually enjoy coming in 1 time a month to pay my bill . Any technical situation I may have had here & there ( few ) , they have been knowledgeable & helpful to resolve ..

This is my third electronic I got fixed by them and let’s just say it was amazing! Fast and great communication!! You won’t regret stopping by here for your phone, internet, or cable you name it. I’m really happy with the service I received at this shop for my phone repair! They were quick, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me even more was that they were able to change out the back glass on my iPhone and even let me choose a new color. Highly recommend them for anyone needing phone repairs.
