Ricky with Installation Services is a coward and a poor excuse for a man. I purchased LVT flooring from Lowes, which was my first mistake, and Installation Services put it in. Bottom line the floor wasn’t installed correctly and my baseboards were cracked and ruined. Ricky came over to inspect the floor and he looked me directly in the eye and agreed that the whole floor needed to be removed and replaced with a new one. Upon leaving my house Ricky said he was going directly to Lowes and place a new floor order. I was so relieved UNTIL I received a message from a manager from Lowes on Plainfield Ave who conveniently didn’t leave his name, telling me Ricky told him only 2 areas of the my floor needed to be fixed! I was floored (no pun intended) and angry. I’d bet money that Ricky did tell said manager my whole LVT floor needed to be replaced and this manager more than likely informed Ricky he and Installation Services we’re going to be responsible for footing the bill to replace the floor. At that point I think Ricky conveniently changed his story and decided to backtrack and lie.I reached out to Ricky and of course he wouldn’t return my phone call or text message. What a lying coward.It would be less painful to walk on hot coals and a bed of nails than deal with the incompetent idiots at Lowes and Ricky from Installation Services.I will never do business with any Lowes Store or anyone affiliated with the business.Lousy customer service and shoddy work. If you’re looking for good customer service, knowledgeable and trustworthy people RUN don’t walk away from Lowes and Installation Services.There’s not enough time or space to tell you my experience with Lowes.
