My college age son had piercings about a week ago from another business and had incorrect jewelry in. I brought him to IRIS for new jewelry and instructions on care. The selection of jewelry is large and he easily found exactly what he was looking for. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything clearly and did the jewelry change in a professional, clean environment. Thanks so much! I recommend IRIS 😊

The entire experience was wonderful! We took our two kids to get their ears pierced (first time for both) and we could not be happier. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and professional. Ne is a rock star when it comes to working with kids :) I rate Iris (and Ne!) ten stars 🌟

The piercers and staff here are wonderful!! Extremely honest, knowledgeable, and they value integrity over a quick sale. I came in to buy jewelry for re-piercings done at another shop a few months ago that still weren’t healing right (despite me having had these piercings years ago from out of state and healing fine the first time). Instead of just selling me something, they took the time to evaluate my piercings and explained that the other shop had placed them at the wrong angle and spot which caused the healing issues. Their honesty and expertise really stood out, and I appreciate that they truly care about doing things the right way.

I didn't get a piercing done here. My usual piercer didn't have any matching prong earrings for the one that I misplaced. Great selection of jewlery here. The earring that I bought fit into the post that I already have. Honestly one star down because of the passive vibes from the girl with the rainbow hair that helped me. Didn't make me feel super welcome. Glad I found the jewlery I wanted.

My experience at IRIS was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the front-of-house team made me feel so comfortable — they were not only friendly but also super knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease.
I had Kenzie as my piercer for both of my appointments, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. They were professional, kind, and so talented. Over the past month, I got four piercings done, all with Kenzie, and every single one has healed beautifully with zero issues. All I’ve had to do is rinse with warm tap water — that’s how smooth and easy the process has been!
I’ve never had a piercing experience this positive anywhere else. IRIS and Kenzie have truly set the bar, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
