I had not been clothes shopping for a very long time because I typically don’t like to. However, shopping at this J. Crew store was awesome. Sierra was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out some great clothes.

Decent selection and size. I do hope they transition their post pandemic hours to their pre pandemic hours.

Impressed by the ladies that work here! They make shopping fun again!! Some of these girls have been here for 20 plus years which is impressive. I will definitely be back and being friends thank you Krystal, Nikki, and Sally (I think)

This location has a large selection of men's clothing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They educated me about Tshirt design, and helped refresh my summer wardrobe with a selection of shorts and polos.

I really wouldn’t have gave a star to them but I can’t write this review without one, they are really racist in there , I went in there yesterday to look around and none of the ladies working on the floor was busy, I was the only one in there, when I walked through the store with a smile, no one asked me if I needed help with anything or if there was something I particularly wanted to find as I was looking around, I should have said something but I just politely walked out , those clothes they have in this Grand Rapids j crew look very granny and there new balances look like the old fashioned ? shoes I saw Forrest Gump in in the movie although those weren’t new balance, but the point I’m making is because I’m black they definitely didn’t make an effort to make me feel welcome in their store, and those old lady gang clothes they sell in their were atrocious, I’ll order from the online one from now on, I’ll never step foot in that pitiful looking store again.

Went to return 2 pairs of pants without the receipt but tags attached (did this before and was given in store credit for it) and the manager was so rude. Said that she can’t do anything without the receipt (very snappily) and I tried explaining to her (nicely) that someone has done it before for me and that her employees need to be filled in on policies. She proceeded to tell me that she has been manager there for 9 years and has never done that (again in a rude manner). I have been in the customer service industry for 6 years and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I would have completely understood if she said oh I’m sorry they shouldn’t have done that, I’ll have a talk with my team.

On the one hand, it's nice to go to a store and not be pressured by the salespeople. On the other hand, it's somewhat egregious to not be acknowledged when you're one of the only people in the store. I've been to this location a few times in the past months to shop, pick up an order, and make returns from online purchases. Definitely some snap judgments of one's appearance by those working the counter. Sorry, ladies! J.Crew sells plus sizes now! I'm allowed to shop here for more than just accessories ;) Some of the current merchandise is nowhere near the quality of prior decades, so it often helps to check things out in person before buying online. Crewcuts (the kids' line) is hit and miss with quality, often overpriced and usually only worth it if you are picking up items from the clearance rack (and even then, make sure there's an additional markdown or a coupon.) Honestly, I'm not sure I would shop here that frequently if we still had a Gap store at Woodland.

This is a well stocked and Covid 19 safe place. In their recent post-finances-solvency problem at the corporate level, this mall store has been offering stunning discounts without letting their personal assistant help, which frankly is actually useful unlike a pricey Dept store personal shopper following you all unnervingly. I am shocked by the small dent to my money, as a person who lives at the technical poverty line from disability and early parental death in destitution, appreciates given how mean people are to the real poor, you know, actually have to forgo meals and stuff. I don't need to look raggedy anymore! I literally replaced my entire stock of clothes except shoes from their sales. So thanks.

Bought a wool sweater 18 months before. It’s falling apart at the shoulder seams. I brought it in to see what kind of a credit or exchange I could get because obviously there must be a defect of some kind for clothing to fall apart that quickly. I was told that the $80 wool sweater had an exchange credit value of $.01, or 1 cent. Not winning many points in the customer loyalty category there.

Incredibly friendly staff. Just got early pickings of pre-autumn attire and I'm super happy with my cashmere sweaters and new corduroy pants. Definitely coming back for late autumn and winter season prep
