Jack's was highly recommended by an auto parts store nearby. We had my son's car towed there. We found that they were very honest, describing our options and the cost for each option. They completed the work sooner than scheduled and charged a fair price. Will use again.

I love this place. Very caring staff. I trust and feel very comfortable with Jacks Service Centers tire checks and their affordable quotes and honest work done. They are always available to help and work on your vehicle and get you back on the road again. I brought in my 2015 Chevy Malibu for brakes, rotors and calipers runs like a champ. Price was very affordable.
I highly recommend Jacks Service Center for great service, work and affordability to friends, family and acuaintances that need their help. Thank you JSC and God bless

Didn't any of repairs I took it for. Lies like a dog, claimed they wouldn't know what engine codes on obd1 ment. If they could scan it .you can get codes on line,chaged for parts not replaced,said gas filter was on top tank .it's on driver side next to tank ahead,suspension rear of car. 91lesabre claimed it would struts at rear, when it coil springs and shocks. Also claims did work on top of tank and obviously never had it off of floor.shop should be investigated.

These folks were great. I was in town to pick up a couch when my truck broke down less than a block from the shop. They had me towed over in under an hr, couch strapped to the truck roof and all. They were clear about time expectation and about the breakdown of costs. Not only fixing my first concern, but also the secondary issue I asked them to look at. They were patient for the few days I needed to pull the money together. The truck is now running smoother than it has in years!

These guys are the best. They snuck me in on a Wednesday afternoon after another shop did a brake inspection and quoted me an excess of $1200 for new pads rotors and calipers. I got it back so fast, I don't even think they took my wheels off. Anyway. Jack's did an ACTUAL brake inspection and found that not only were my front brakes fine, ALL of my calipers were fine, and I just needed a set of rear pads and rotors. Very reasonable price and they even offered coffee while I waited. I am a very do it yourself kind of person, and I would happily take my car to this place instead. They're getting a my repeat business and recommendations for all my friends.

Don’t appreciate the aesthetics or upkeep of grounds ! Always littered! If they change things up and raise standards of building I’ll change review to reflect that!

Jacks’s has been servicing my old
Honda since my stepdad bought it. Fair, honest and professional. I've taken previously owner vehicles for service there as well. Even down to the oil changing, other than the Honda dealership, Jack & the team, including the front counter, have been my go to service station! Not many of these shops around in that area anymore, that treat you like family in the good old West Side!

I will NEVER bring my car to this place ever again!!!!!! They INTENTIONALLY messed up my car ever since he changed the oil My car moves extremely slow. He also to put a motor mount on and now my car is ticking from underneath the hood they tell me there's nothing they can do about it yet they caused it. Seems like they only help the people THEY want to help which is whites people. I only gave them one star because I couldn't post this without rating the shop.
