It should not take over 2 hours to do a regular eye exam. The person working here seemed like she had no idea what is was doing and was constantly trying to figure out the machines like it was her first time working here. Then when my glasses were ready, I had to call them since they never called two weeks later like they said they would. I am never going here again, waste of time and staff has no idea what they are doing. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Larson is great! Very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He is an Incredibly intelligent doctor, and I would recommend. He did tell me that he wasn't positive that this would solve my issue (migraines), but thought it would help some and I appreciate his honesty. You can tell he isn't about the sales, but about what is best for the patient.

There doctor was very nice. He was knowledgeable. He was able to help get the right fit for my contacts for my slight astigmatism in my left eye. He explained things to look for or when to report any changes in my vision, what those symptoms would be like. Best experience I've had with a vision chain.

Although I did find frames I loved here, I've had multiple bad experiences. I highly suggest going elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for (and barely that). Over a year later I'm still angry everytime I attempt to wear the frames I purchased--they're the worst glasses I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses for nearly 20 years.

Although I did find frames I loved here, I've had multiple bad experiences. I highly suggest going elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for (and barely that). Over a year later I'm still angry everytime I attempt to wear the frames I purchased--they're the worst glasses I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses for nearly 20 years. My first trip here, my order was delayed a week. When the glasses finally came in, the lenses were the wrong prescription and had to be sent back for repair. Needless to say I had another 2 week waiting period. Then, the tech broke my sunglasses trying to adjust them. Foolishly, I went back again for another pair a year or two later. While the lenses are very clear, the frames are the biggest piece of junk. I wish I could have simply returned them but after the same go around of fixing lenses (the original lenses were too thick and bending the frames so I had to purchase new, thinner lenses) it was well over my 14 days. Long story short, after giving these guys 2 tries, I've been sorely disappointed and still to this day get frustrated about the money I spent on frames that hurt my ear so bad that I can't wear them for more than a couple hours. I cant advise strongly enough to go elsewhere.

Prices are cheap... for a reason. The staff is (In my experience) pretty poorly knowledgeable. Bending frames that are supposed to be straight, being incorrect about their own policies causing extra weeks worth of waiting, not being aware of sales that are on 4'x6' signs right behind them. All that being said, the lenses are the worst part of the experience. They are terrible. I have glasses from other makers that were worn for 2 years that have less marks than the ones from Penny had after 2 months.

The employees are friendly but the location seems to be perpetually understaffed. Turnaround times for new glasses are a little long and the prices could be more competitive.
