We had a great experience with Culligan! They were helpful and set up an appointment to assist in our concerns right away. Steve R came out to test our water and was so knowledgeable and friendly! We are very happy with our water service and the entire process to get set up.

I have had a Culligan water softener and RO system in two houses now and i will never live without it. No more film building up in the sinks or on my hair, and the water tastes great. Culligan has turned me into a water snob.

My wife and I noticed that in the last six months our water quality was changing so we called Culligan to test the water. We were surprised and concerned to learn how poor our water quality had become.
We contracted with Culligan to put in a water softner and the service has been outstanding. We immediately noticed changes in the taste of the water and highly recommend that others have their water tested especially if you live in the Grand Rapids City limits.

They took time to teach the customer what damaging agents were in our previous water, and made sure to explain the dramatic positive change in the cleanliness of our new drinking water, through testing right in our kitchen.
