Keeping with the Keller Ford ancestry the service dept is always so awesome. I’ve been a 20 year customer and so happy that the sale to LaFontaine group is providing the same customer service!
By adding a mobile service van and pickup / drop off service make it no brainer to purchase all my vehicle from LaFontaine Ford Grand Rapids.

I brought my Ford Tremor in for service at the location on Alpine in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
I was helped by Kyli.
Kyli was amazing!
This girl is going places!
I would go back just for her Professionalism, communication as well as her knowledge of Ford’s.
Kyli Was patient with me, She was very professional, knowledgeable, and I will be going back for service in the future.
Kyli Went over the top to make sure that I was taken care of with a friendly attitude.

I had a horrible experience buying a used vehicle in September. Every possible bait and switch you could think of occurred. I was pressured to put a deposit because “someone was coming that evening at 5” to look at it and the every single time I would get off the phone with the sales rep, he would call back and state his manager wouldn’t actually allow him to do the things he promised. First it was as simple as he could hold it because I lived hours away then he couldn’t without a deposit, then he also couldn’t without a signed bill of sale, then so on. After I signed reluctantly, and with the promise that it was 100% refundable if I didn’t like the car upon pick up, I was then told they could drive the car to me which suddenly changed again right after getting off the phone that now all the sudden they didn’t have anyone that could drive the car to me. Then, I was promised that if I came out and picked up the car, they would give me ample gas for my inconvenience of having to get it instead of them bringing it to me. Upon pick up, shocker no additional gas then upon test driving it I found a chipped windshield and was told I would have to fix it myself, but they would pay me back if I could show a receipt, which is also an inconvenience having to do it myself. then less than a week and a half later, the first time it rained, I used my rear windshield wiper, and when I turned it on, it dropped down, made a scraping noise on the window and never moved again when I contacted them because it was noted that before I purchased it, they changed all the windshield wipers. I was told I would have to bring it all the way back to their dealership, which was over two hours away or my alternative is driving it another 30 minutes out of my way to a different dealership and hope that they wouldn’t charge me. then again, no one explained a single thing to me and I reached out because in November I still didn’t have a title come in the mail and when I reached out, I was sent an extremely long article on why I wouldn’t get that and how it’s all digital now and I would have to reach out and pay Secretary of State if I wanted my title. 0/10 would never recommend this dealership or any LaFontaine dealership as this is now the second LaFontaine bad car buying experience of bait and switch and more I’ve dealt with. Also, upon the purchase I drove it for 2 days and used the front windshield wiper once and it already said low fluid and the sticker was gone for the oil change so I have very high suspicions that they never actually “fully inspected” it as they should have and signed they did, which I contacted the BBB about falsifying documents like that for even a used car and filed a report with them.

Very good experience, and I am a semi retired GM sales person of 42 years. Scott and the crew did a great job, start to finish. Have already given Scott's card to friends who prefer Ford products, or may be interested in a pre-owned car. All aspects of the deal went smoothly, thanks to people who do things the right way.
