Kent County Animal Shelter provides temporary care and shelter for lost, unwanted and abused animals. We
seek placement of appropriate animals into responsible homes. KCAS also Implements programs promoting safety and responsibility among pet owners and children in the community while striving to reduce pet overpopulation. KCAS creates and maintains community outreach and support programs to help keep families and pets together
