“I like the staff there, it's usually clean, the tanks seem pretty well managed, and the pets offered seem as well taken care of as you could expect. The fish are at least attentive & the tanks are clean.
I'm glad that they partner with local shelters & all applicants are considered carefully before an adoption goes through.
This particular location also did well to follow through on a reasonable survey request, which my cat and I greatly appreciate.”

“Great place! The manager of the Cascade store was very kind and accomodating. I mistakenly gave the store a wrong address for delivery and the driver wasn't able to find my home.
After the manager's notification I replied with the correct address and reveived my order within 30 minutes.”

“My daughter and I love going here to look at all the fish and dream about having a huge aquarium setup one day. They have a really awesome variety of fish with lots of different colors, sizes, and species to check out. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. It’s a fun place to visit for anyone who enjoys aquariums and seeing all the different kinds of fish they have available.”

“I bought 2 ferrets that were bonded from here and they gave me all kinds of stuff to go with them because they were the only ferrets there. The people were so nice. I would definitely recommend it and even possibly go back and purchase again.”
“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
