Extraordinarily slow on filling prescriptions. If they are out of an ingredient to compound your prescription, you are required to call them to discover what the hold up is. Going on a week now in which this prescription was requested to be refilled and set to be ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. Supposedly this had been escalated to the lab manager to "resolve" the issue but prescription fill continues to be pushed further and further out.
Overall decent customer service. If you require a refill, highly recommend placing the refill request at least two weeks in advance to avoid missing treatment.

Mixed review here. On the plus side, medications seem to be effective and the staff are always friendly. They have a good selection of otc products, and I like that you can reorder online or via text. No complaints there. Now for the not so good stuff. The hours are inconvenient. Good luck picking up your script if you work, or have a busy home life. Even staying open until 7pm on a few weeknights, and a few hours on Saturday would help. The medications are twice as expensive as I’ve gotten them elsewhere, in another compounding pharmacy in another major city. Not sure if that’s the case just for my meds, or across the board. Also, it seems to take a long time to fill prescriptions, so make sure you’re ordering a refill well before you need to. The last thing is not so great communication. The last time I refilled a prescription, I was told it would be ready on a certain date/time, but when I went to pick it up (the day after even that) I was informed that it was not, in fact, ready. Thankfully they agreed to fill it right then and there, though they wanted me to just breeze back in there the end of that day (which I would not have been able to do). It would’ve been several days before I would’ve had a chance to come back, so I’m grateful that they did that for me. I read in another review that they’ve corrected this problem with a new system recently, so we’ll see how that goes. All in all, not super thrilled with how this pharmacy works, but the staff are nice.

Slow/takes too long before shipping, way more expensive than I'm used to at similar compounding pharmacies, 50/50 customer service.
No issues with medication, very consistent, it's local and fast shipping.

Keystone is hit or miss. They seem to get wires crossed at times yet, they willingly correct the mistake. So, kudos for that but all in, they could do a better job.

This is the only compounding pharmacy I will ever use. The amount of knowledge they possess and are willing to share is unparalleled. Both Dave and Logan have helped me significantly. They are patient, kind, creative in problem solving and know so much. Logan speaks my language with his background of functional medicine. I’m so thankful that this place exists, AND that they ship, since I’m an hour away!

Rude, passive aggressive staff that basically shoo'd me away after expressing that a compound prescription was too expensive for me. No alternatives. No solution. "I don't know what you want me to tell you, that's our price." There should be some level of empathy and respect toward patients.. AVOID this place full of uninterested, money hungry people

I like keystone Pharmacy. When they couldn’t get the ingredients to make one of my prescriptions they came up with an alternative and contacted my provider for me. I also love that they ship it right to my door.

I recently had a phone consultation with Dr. Logan and let me just say how thankful I am for his willingness to share his extensive knowledge with others. I spent 2 years trying to find answers, and although I did get some answers, Dr. Logan helped with the missing pieces. I highly recommend Keystone pharmacy and their PharmDs because of the above and beyond service. You're not treated like a number, you are helped by your individual needs.

very thankful to have had the chance to connect with Logan over telehealth and get setup with the right treatment. Was able to ship treatment right to my doorstep even living in another state and the process was effortless. Would recommend to anyone in need of a compounding pharmacy.
