When I book a cheapo hotel room, I'm looking for a place to shower and sleep, and this place did both for me very well.THE GOOD:- the front desk was pleasant in all encounters- no weird smells- no visible mold/stains on bathroom fixtures- bed felt and smelt clean- fresh roll of toilet paper- fridge was clean and cold- AC was crisp and cold- outlets near bed worked to charge my phone- I tore apart my bedding in search of bedbug residue and saw ZERO EVIDENCE in my room of those pesky jerksTHE BAD:- pillows were flat- front desk had no more pillows to give- blanket was kinda thin, turned off the AC and dealt with itTHE NOTEWORTHY:- there was a cigarette burn in the blanket lol- someone was vaping in the hallway when I checked in- one of the exterior doors near my room didn't work to get back insideThis is a solid hotel. By all means expect a swanky joint or a boutique experience, but it definitely does the job of being a place to shower, sleep, and charge one's phone. Would book again.

Very dirty, very dated, smells like smoke really bad, sink doesn't drain, not toilet paper holder, sheets have stains on them, only light in the bathroom was in the shower. Over all not great at all. The smell of smoke was

RUN! Room was disgusting. Cigarette burn holes on the comforters. Wad of hair under comforter. White sheets were either stained or used. Vent in bathroom was very dusty. Hair & dirt in the shower. Feces or vomit on the wall where the toilet was also on the light switch. Urine under the toilet seat. I tried to clean the best I could with soap & baby wipes. Thankfully I had my camping sheets and used those. I checked in late so didn't want to upset my kids more & complain & switch rooms. And the last time I "complained" at a DIFFERENT hotel they said they will come clean when I was out. I agreed & came back to a stolen iPad. So I'm hesitant about that & I didn't want to complain this time just for them to offer to clean or switch room. I was dealing with arrangements for my grandmother's passing. And this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. I shouldn't have to clean my hotel room & get charged for it. I asked for at least a day refund & they refused. I wish I could post pictures! So again RUN!

Room was small, it was clean for the most part, the beds are hard and uncomfortable, we had 4 people in 1 room and only 2 bath towels, the pool has been closed for about 3 years, the lobby door was locked, there was no free coffee. The free WiFi sucks and was not very strong and went out every few minutes. The building was dirty and run down, the hall smelled of pot and mold.there was no shampoo, body wash or extra toilet tissue in the bathroom like the web site stated. I feel like we were very miss led with this motel. We will never be back.

The photos for this location have to be from previous owner about 20 years ago. This place is one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed. Approaching the main office… look at all the weeds growing around the poorly covered and closed pool. Office is as messy and smelly with staff eating at front desk area when I walked in. The entrance to rooms seems to be the smoking areas and the smokes travels through air system inside and upstairs for starters. Carpet hasn’t been replaced or cleaned in 10 plus years, Our room was filthy - floors not swept or mopped - dead bugs in bathroom, hair on the floor near bed and windows never cleaned - inside or out. No ice bucket and when asked I was given a plastic bag to use. Place is in a great location, but save your money your sleep in your car!

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy stay here I get the price is much but the problem is the health risk of this place. I would give them worse then a 1 but it the lowest it will go. I was in town for a wedding thought I would've been ok because Ivr never had a problem with knights inn locations before this location needs to be revamped or closed down

I'm going to be as nice as I can...There was a bed, did it feel clean and comfortable? No, and sheets had weird stains. The floors were dirty and had multiple different colored hairs throughout the room. The bathroom was functional but SO dirty. Mirrors, smudged with streaks, the toilet had pee stains everywhere. The vanity was gunked with dirt and the shower had mold and soap scum everywhere.It served it's purpose and I made it out alive with no bedbugs or pink eye. Bring all of your own bathing necessities and towels.

I was hesitant bc of reviews but we got a room on the first floor. It was pretty quiet, the air conditioning was cool & muffled out any other noise. The room was basic but I did not notice any major cleanliness issues at all. Staff was nice. Needed a place to sleep and was not needing a room to hang out in so this was perfect. Was about $20 to get an Uber downtown that(sat) night.

This is a good place I guess to sleep but their pool isn't available. I was really looking forward to the pool. Rooms are ok. Beds are good and the service is alright.

So I read the reviews before going there. I was desperate since the super 8 kept giving me dirty rooms. Finally, they canceled my reservation free of charge at super 8, and I was left with nowhere to stay. I called this place and he gave me a good rate so I went. The room was clean. Sheets were clean. Ripped and had a black magic marker stain, but clean. I didn't find any bed bugs. I haven't found any bites. It's pretty basic. I always come with my own toiletries, but they didn't have kleenex. Mini fridge and microwave were clean.The lady at the front desk was nice and polite. Made conversation with me. Told me were to park and enter. The outside looks awful. Cigarette butts covered the ground and sidewalks. I smelled pot outside, but never inside. It was nice and quiet for me. I never saw a roach like others claimed. The only weird thing was that the heat was on when I entered the room. Otherwise, I can't complain. I just needed a bathroom and a bed for a cheap price, and that's what I got. I would stay again. I like how it's inside and you don't enter the room from the outdoors.

If I could give negative stars I would’ve. The phone doesn’t have a cord you cannot dial out or front desk. They charge you a $25 refundable charge for any smoking. I look up there is no smoke detector. It looks like someone yanked it out the ceiling. Dust stuff so no cleaning, and ventilation system is filthy in room also. If you have breathing issues DO NOT come here. It’s dust even on the remote. No roll of toilet paper just the half roll on holder. Flat pillows, someone else’s hair on sheets…smh. They can do a lot better.

Comfortable bed linens, bed, pillows and towels. Small bathroom and low toilet. Clean, quiet, close to airport. Minimal service but polite and friendly. Good price.

Honestly, I’m never one to write a review, but this place is by far the least safe and rudest hotel I’ve ever been to. A room was needed for my partner and she witnessed loud and aggressive domestic violence in the room next door, which the staff ignored and continues to deny. A good samaritain even went to try and help the poor woman who was being loudly abused. This event was very triggering for my partner and I hastily moved her out of this hotel within hours of checking in. Do not stay here if you value your safety! The staff will ignore any and all safety and health concerns. The location is convenient, but someone needs to do something about the sheer lack of compassion and empathy amongst staff.Safety: Awful and not even a consideration.

ROACHES! Please do not book at this hotel/motel. I should’ve read the reviews before booking my stay here, but I was very ignorant. Not only are there roaches in the rooms, AND THE STAFF/OWNER KNOW ABOUT IT, they will NOT offer you a refund. Instead they say “there’s no roaches. None of our rooms have bugs” when I literally have the pictures on my phone. They offer to move me and my boyfriend to another room to which we accepted so we could have a semi-clean room to wait in while we booked our next hotel because we were not staying a single night in this place. The beds, filthy. Stains look like either someone peed the bed or sweat off 3 years worth of dirt. To cover it up? They just put a second sheet over the bed. Which was also stained and dirty. The towels… stained and have gross hair on them. The bathroom?? Gross and looks like there’s literal fungus/mold growing. But don’t worry guys… they have brand new furniture/cabinetry from Walmart that they built for the rooms. If you ever walk into a room and see the AC is on, be afraid. I’m assuming that’s how they keep the roaches hidden until it gets warm and they swarm. Just for them to say “we don’t have roaches.” Absolutely horrid. Will NEVER return. I can’t believe a staff that would argue with their customer over the fact that there’s ROACHES in their room and they want a refund. But beware, they won’t refund you unless you check out within 15 minutes of check in lol
