Love Lands End. Been purchasing from them for over 40 years. Recently purchased 3 sets of sheets to use as gifts for grown kids in the future. Then saw that I could get them for a savings of $20 per set. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. Was told that since it was over one week since order I couldn’t get a price adjustment but that I could return and reorder. I can and will do that but it is inconvenient for me and costly for them to process a return

The store used to be great because it catered to a variety of sizes. Now, if you don’t fit into a particular box, good luck finding some clothing. You have about five choices. Thanks, Lands End! I’ll take my harder dollars somewhere else.

This is my go to for my online Lands End order returns. I trust returning my items directly to LE rather than mailing items back. I would probably shop here more often, if I lived closer. But if I need a quick tee or short, like before going on vacation, I do come here. This did happen to me in the Spring. I couldn’t get an online order mailed to me before going to FL, so I came to the store to find shorts!

Shopping for a birthday present, looking for a daypack, didn’t find one here but they had some really nice clothes. I will probably come back early fall as they had some nice fall shirts that I liked. Nice selection!

In the past I have loved everything about Lands End. But my last few experiences will likely make me a very infrequent shopper. It's about the returns. I have no store nearby to go try things on or see how they are made. This used to be ok since you could return for full price. But now there is an almost 7$ processing fee for each return. And I am using Happy Returns! Promoted to save energy, carbon footprint, etc! Well, I am not happy and will likely not shop as often, only when absolutely necessary.

I've always appreciated the quality of Lands' End dress shirts - I think I've been wearing them for over 30 years. In November of 2023 I placed an online order. A month went by and it never arrived so I called customer service. For some reason the order was lost and so they had to create a replacement order, which arrived within a week. I had to return 4 items so I headed to the store. Since this was a replacement order, the return process was lengthy and time consuming. As I was patiently waiting for the return process, I noticed several quotes on the wall about customer service, which seemed a little ironic at the time based on the lost order and how long it was taking to fill out the return form. 2 weeks later after my visit to the store to return the items, I still haven't received the refund. So I called customer service again and they informed me that it would take up to a month for the return to process. If I had to rate return processes for the retail companies that I've worked with, this would be at the bottom. Everyone that I've dealt with has been super friendly and willing to help, but there is a lot of room for improvement here. I realize that this is a first-world problem but I've been pretty disappointed with Lands' End throughout this process.Update...A month later now and still no refund. They are now telling me it could be another 3-4 weeks. This experience will likely keep me from buying clothes from Lands' End in the future.

The store was pretty well picked over before Christmas. I couldn't even order the items in my size (not an unusual size) from their Web site.
