Package was delayed two days due to weather. The first night I understood but the second night there was no weather to delay it. When my package did arrive, it was placed on the ground next to a very busy and dangerous road. Could have been damaged or stolen easily. My house is easily viewed from the road with numbers to identify. Yikes, would not recommend for your business!

This company has gone down hill when handling my packages. The first experience of this happen earlier this year in summer. The delivery man threw my package onto my porch. Luckily the package contained close so nothing was damaged. This time I received 2 boxes and when I open my boxes I received a lot of damaged items I honestly hope I never have to have this company deliver my items again.

Had a delivery here in the Kentwood area (48th&Eastern) and the driver didn't want to take 2 extra steps to leave the package on my porch and instead THROWS it, for it to fall short onto the steps and then walking up to toss it again at the door. Like yeah it wasn't something fragile but poor delivery, at least set it down closer to the door, and not throw it at my steps next time. Wish we had the option to specifical not choose this company when ordering from certain websites.

If I could give less than one star I would. This is the worst company I have ever encountered buying online. My package was never delivered after arriving at the city I live in 3 days ago. It is impossible to get any customer service. I believe a lot of these reviews are correct. I believe they steal the items for resale online. Causing the merchant to refund the buyer. I would NOT use them ever again and I would advise to ask the merchant which shipping company they use. If its Laser Ship do not buy it! Worst shipping company ever!

After I found out the company delivering my package and hadn't heard of it. I read reviews and CRINGED! I was pleasantly suprised to receive my fragile package a day early (on Sunday) and in excellent condition!! It's to bad other people that had deliveries from this company had such very bad experiences. Maybe they've recruited employees that are ethical and care about the service they provide.I have no doubt the negative reviews were spot on based on their experiences. I just happened to be one of the few lucky ones.

They dropped my package, supposedly at a package locker hub in my apartment complex after 10pm, Sunday, July 30th. Left no code in the Email as to how to retrieve the package, if it was ever left there. Taking all day to get any real response from the company. It is 4:57pm, July 31, still waiting. I have 2 more orders coming through them, may have to cancel them.Just got off the phone with their customer service, for which I was on hold for almost an hour. Explained about needing a code to retrieve my package from the locker they put it in and was told I needed to contact the locker company to get the code. Explained I did not know which specific locker it was in, she stated she could not help me. Asked why they did not deliver it to my address, as I requested, did not ask them to use the locked, she said future orders would come to my address. But could not help with this one, I needed to contact the retailer. Do not have anything shipped to you by LaserShip. Read all the reviews. Wish I had.

I would put zero stars if I could. Our package was delivered coated in laundry soap, with 9 out of the 15 items MISSING!! Only 5 of the 15 items were in the package , and 1 of the items had laundry soap on it. The package was obviously opened, sorted through and then resealed. I have alerted the sender to NEVER send my items through LaserShip ever again. They obviously have MAGOR issues with their business.

This company is terrible. My order came like 2 weeks late. I tried calling and it wasn't helpful. They were unprofessional. If I could give this a 0? , I would. But 1 star isn't doing it.then all they did was take a picture of my apartment and not the actual package at mph door. This company is bad?

ZERO STARS!!! Terrible company! All the customer service personnel are so rude. Will not take accountability or for lost/miss-delivered packages. I gave detailed instructions countless times on how to get to my house and they don’t read or listen to any of it. Lost 2 of my packages now with no response from anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could, especially after reading the reviews.I received notification that my package was delivered at 9:49 pm. It was actually never delivered. I submitted an email inquiry to check on my package and have received zero response from customer service, but I did receive an auto response from customer service, after I submitted my inquiry. It contained a link to OnTrac, a different package tracking site. The OnTrac site lists my package status as "undeliverable", even though LaserShip's site sill lists my package as delivered. There was no notification to the company that I ordered from that my package was "undeliverable", I had to figure all of this out and notify them myself.After reading all of the other reviews with similar issues; it makes me wonder where all of these packages go, how the company is still in business, and why stores trust this company for shipping their products? Unbelievable!

Slow shipping. Lied about an attempted delivery. We have cameras and no one came the day they said they missed us and we were home all day. Nice try Lasership.

Says my package was delivered and “left at front door” but I still have no package. I have a ring camera and no one came to my door. Very upset my family’s Easter outfits were stolen by this company.
