Everything I have been looking for. I went to Nicole to fix my hair like 2 weeks before my wedding. I was obsessed. Literally the best hair cut and coloring I have every had in my life. I cannot go to anyone else ever because it won't be Nicole. She is a genius in her craft and blows my mind every single visit with what she can do. She truly HEARS me and makes it exactly what I want. She not only makes my hair a masterpiece but if a phenomenal conversationalist and inspires me with every visit.

I recently moved to the area and Nicole has been a LIFESAVER. I was wanting to make a pretty drastic change to my hair, and she talked me through the process and helped me find the perfect solution to match my hair type, styling needs, and other various concerns. She kept me informed on what she was doing throughout the whole process, and was genuinely just as excited for the change as I was! She's so good at what she does, and is such a kind human being. I'm so lucky to have found a stylist I can trust!

Decided to slightly change my hair style for first time ever. I looked into different hairstyles for my face shape, but still didn’t know what would look good. Had a consultation with Nicole, showed her some pictures and also explained I was still a bit unsure of exactly what I wanted. Shared my concerns of my hair being flat/thin and me not styling it, so it wouldn’t actually look like the reference photos. I feel like she truly listened to me and helped come up with an idea for what would look good. While washing and cutting my hair, Nicole explained what she was doing and why every step of the way. She shared tools to use & ways of styling my hair that were very simple and easy for me and the little work I want to put into styling. I’ve never been to a salon before & am very pleased with the outcome. I’ve definitely found my new salon from here on out! Also loved the environment and general vibe.

Love this place! Atmosphere is inviting & cozy. Nicole is super friendly & talented! I love our conversations & love how my hair looks every time I leave the salon. Highly recommend!♡

Nicole is phenomenal!!! I've been to several salons since moving to Michigan and non have compared to this Launch Salon, I'm so happy I've finally found my stylist! Nicole takes her time, explains the process with you as well as the products she's using and my hair looks and feels amazing!

Friendly atmosphere with reasonably priced, well-skilled services! I got a hair mask that left my hair softer and curlier than it’s been in years! Definitely will be going back.
