Outstanding service and guidance from Steve, Matt, and the team at Legacy! We had some overdue engine services for our Honda Pilot and the guys gave us a clear, fair assessment of what we needed at a competitive price - we called some other shops to confirm. They also discovered our battery was nearly dead, which was causing other issues. Best of all, they were able to get everything diagnosed and fixed the same day so we didn't have to go without a vehicle. After living in Grand Rapids for over 20 years I’m thankful I finally found a great shop. Everyone was very professional and kind. Steve explained the issues they found and answered all of my questions. This is our only car and they were able to finish the repairs the same day and at a reasonable price.
I also talked with the owner, Andy, and shared how impressed I was with the website and text reminders from such a small shop. He explained how they strive to keep up with the times and how far they’ve come since he bought the shop from the original owner 17 years ago.
I will be bringing my car here from now on and recommending them to anyone who needs a good, trustworthy shop.
