The associate stayed on his ? cellphone the whole time I was in the store. When I went to check out, he multitasked! He stayed on his phone, in conversation, and checked me out! Wow! Great service! ? NOT!Still spent 70 bucks. Because lids has all the hat choices!Train teach and develop your team Lids!

Never open. Door is always locked with lights on. Can even see associate in store. He closes the doors all the time. I have tried to get the hats I have needed multiple times during multiple days and its always closed with no note on the door. Was just there saw associate come back with pacsun shopping bags open for 10min then when i went to go in he came out and locked the doors up again to go somewhere else. They seem to not want any business. Most ridiculous business practices!!!

Over charged me and Nukea refuses to give me a refund!! I have a receipt and the tags are still on the hat! She said to come back when the manager is there. I asked her when would that be, she shrugged her shoulders and said "Wednesday". I WANT MY REFUND!!! DO YOU DO THIS TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU OVER CHARGE??? THIEVES!!!! Nukea also rang me up for the product.
