I will never ever do business with this company again. I had an oxygen concentrator from 2015 through 2024 and paid out-of-pocket $20 a month every month in November 2024. My insurance decided to stop paying for it. I talked to a Lincare representative and they said I could not buy out that machine even though I’ve paid well over the value of the machine. December 2025 I get a bill for $103. They say I haven’t made payments for five months in 2024 and now they decide to bill me. I had to buy my own concentrator for $500 and even the Lincare representative said it was as good as the one that I was renting for nine years and paying $20 a month for. When I tried to talk to customer service, they just kept telling me it was a rental agreement and I owed the money. I hate this company. They have threatened to take my machine away frequently and I am done.

Can’t say enough about Bree at Lincare GrandRapids MI. She clearly enjoys her job! Her intro class is outstanding, with so much info that was presented beautifully. She’s a kind pleasant soul as well!

In a time of terrible customer service, my experience at the Lincare Broadmoor site was an absolutely refreshing reminder that great service still exists. I have used CPAPs for over 15 years now, sourced from two other suppliers in town and one online. After today, I have no reason to work with anyone other than Lincare.
First, Raven was helpful interfacing with my sleep doc's office. Then today, my day of pickup, Bree and Dirk were knowledgeable and extremely pleasant in guiding me down the learning curve of this new machine, an Airsense 11.
Now, if only they could offer training to other service providers in my world on how to delight customers...

Briana is awesome. Your website is the worst. I was so tired of all the phone calls about ordering supplies and when they call they act like they don’t know who you are. I signed up for the portal and it never works. I have waited over a week to even get an order in because the portal never works

My CSR is very nice and helpful, her supervisor and the supervisor’s manager are not. From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I was treated as an intrusion instead of a patient. Apparently their office opens at 9 am and I made the mistake of arriving early (door was open and other patients were being served). I was also reminded twice that the staff has a meeting that starts at 9 am (how is that relevant to me?). While attempting to be served, I was told abruptly to take a seat because another patient’s medical information was setting out on the counter. Then I was expected to answer security questions by shouting across the room.
Is Lincare void of competition? This management team needs customer service training and an attitude check.

Staff are amazing people. The CPAP instructor we had (Breanna I think it was?) is a very caring person and is exceptional all around in every way.

I don't appreciate the daily calls and multiple daily text messages when they feel it's time for me to re order supplies. I find myself not wanting to deal with them, even when I'm ready to order. I wish there was some way to stop the nagging.

Briana did a great job explaining my new CPAP machine and fitting me properly. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn't sure what to expect and delayed starting CPAP treatment for over a year because of my apprehensions, but Briana help ease my concerns and I'm glad I'm finally getting started.
