Friendly staff made my wife comfortable which isn't typical in clothing stores. Good wide selection in lots of sizes.

They were so rude. Horrible clerks. We asked a question and just ignored us and walked a away. And we asked if they had a size and they told us idk and just walked away. Unbelievable rude.

I went there for the first time. The manager and staff were very pleasant. Nice selection of clothing.

Had a great experience here over the weekend. Found a bunch of lovely blouses I can wear to work and the staff was friendly and non-overbearing. They had some great suggestions to help me save money at checkout and were sure to point out the good deals. Will come back here again.

Just walked into the store and the girl asked what she could help me with and I told her I was just looking. She then proceeded to tell me they were closing and I couldn’t look around. RUDE! People were still in there shopping. Won’t be going back there!

This is a smaller loft store so they will not have the selection of others but they have excellent customer service. They do have petites though! They have helped me find items that fit well in the past with good advice on jean cuts and walked me through the online options (which they had good knowledge of) for things which were not in store. They also do a big business in return of online items so there is an entire rack of "online only" items so you might be surprised by that selection. Anyway, I encourage you to stop in and let the staff help you find a new cute outfit.

Employees do a great job staging merchandise. However, they are not very helpful or personable to customers. I shopped with an armful of clothes and neither of the workers said anything to me. I eventually asked to go in the dressing room. I left, never talking to anyone once, except requesting the dressing room.

I just picked up an order here that I ordered online. Extremely easy transaction, and the little lady behind the counter was extremely warm and helpful. She put a smile on my face. Great customer service!

I have always had a great experience at this store. The employees are always quick to offer me a fitting room, check the back for alternate sizes and/or offer to order the item online. This past weekend I was looking for a last minute outfit for an upcoming event. The girl assisting me helped me put together a great outfit that I received a ton of compliments on! Cannot thank the ladies at this store enough! I will definitely continue to shop at this location and suggest you do too!
