Always loved coming to this gas station because they always have something different from other gas stations: drinks, snacks, and other foods that other stations don't have. Plus, if I am craving Subway, there is one located inside the same building.

Very Rude customer service. If I could give this place 0 stars? I would.Give your money to another business that trains their employees to not disrespect customers.I even spoke to the manager at the Lake Michigan Dr. Marathon who was outside at the time. Two employees came out and continued to talk over me, and the altercation caused my granddaughter to cry.WORST customer service of any place I have ever given my business.Save your money for other worthwhile businesses in the Walker area!Horrible employees, terrible management!!

Update to my earlier review. The man Doug who called me to confirm that changes would be made did not follow through. This store is a franchise and Doug initially called me right away after reporting to corporate.Still no masks several weeks later. I stopped for the first time late last night. The mask was around a (someone new) ladies neck instead of on her face. It also looked as though some of the guideline postings had been removed from both the door and near the registers.

Just left and although I’ve seen people with masks under their noses at this store, the woman behind the register today decided to give me her thoughts on a mask. She said (without prompt) that she stopped wearing one a long time ago and that she was sicker with it on. I simply stated that her opinion was not mine, as I wore my mask correctly. She was not wearing one and yelled at me about H1N1 and the flu being the same as I was walking out the door. So very unprofessional and dangerous. Meanwhile they have signs up all over the place suggesting that they could get shut down if customers do not comply, yet they don’t even try. All while pushing their views on patrons!

Very unprofessional, I get it’s a gas station but a friendly smile and good attitude are still expected. I live in the area and this used to be my go to gas station until it became a regular occurrence to wait 10 minutes in line and listen to the cashiers whine and complain about every little inconvenience throughout their day. I highly recommend not giving this place your business. They NEED to retrain every single employee on customer service!
