I've stopped at this location twice to get gas and grab a snack. Both times I tried to purchase candy advertised on the shelf as buy one get one free for fas rewards members and both times the candy doesn't discount. She left a note for her managers the first time for them to fix it and it's not fixed so she's got to leave another note for management to fix. I'm stopping in the evening and why can't they give their employees authorization to modify the price when management doesn't program sales in correctly. The worker walked over and verified the items I'm purchasing are the items bogo.

Went for gas on my lunch break at 5:30am. The pump wasn’t registering any of my cards, so I backed up to another one and it did the same. I decided to go pay inside to save some time. When I walked in, there was no door ringer, or bell on the counter. There was an employee in the small office working. I said hello twice before he stopped making noise and moving. I said hello a third time and then nothing. I decided to leave to go somewhere else. I know third shift can be slow and boring, but at least keep earbuds out or have a bell for customers.

Terrible service rewards system doesn’t wrk right. No help from cashier just got an attitude and started talking about the transaction with other customers. Was a frequent customer and will never go there again

The cashiers are nice, helpful and very friendly. One morning, they made my day with such a small gesture but it made me want to give them five stars for their kindness!

Employee's "5 minute bathroom break" was more like 20 minutes, while I waited outside for him to finish whatever he was doing. His service was also terrible when he finally opened the door. No eye contact, didn't respond to any sort of conversation, mumbled what my total was. Terrible service.

May 14, 2022 stopped in to get gas. We had already filled one vehicle up. Came home went back to fill daughter's car up for her. Went to one pump (card wouldn't work), went to next pump, same situation (mind you, I was just there filling up one of our vehicles). Went in side asked is there something wrong with the pumps; I was just here 5 minutes ago and filled up $82). Cocky son of a ***** said "I DON'T KNOW, TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK" I DON"T KNOW WHY IT ISN'T WORKING." I asked if he would just run it inside being it could have been the pumps. He says, "I TOLD YOU, I DON'T KNOW! TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR BANK." I actually stood there with my mouth open, in disbelief... and he just went back talking and looking at his phone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MARATHON....YOU HIRED A DOOZIE... Me and my family will never be back. Oh, and by the way, I went and spent $210 up the road to Speedway. You won't get my business again.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff in this gas station. I'm usually in a hurry with a screaming toddler on my hip and they still always greet me, have a smile, and make polite small talk

I give a zero stars if I could. Half the time the pumps don't even work and you have to play musical pumps just to find a pump that can take your debit.
