Met with Mark. Went to buy a floor model. He promised to hold it for me for a week. When I called to pay for it Mark sold it to another client without notifying me. Very rude and not an appropriate way to treat a prospective buyer. So I went across the street to Jonathan Stevens Mattress that had a better floor model for less. I wound up saving $300 with Jonathon Stevens. I got a full warranty on the floor model , free delivery. Mark lied and told me his deal was better. It wasn’t. JS Mattresses are far better, better customer service and better deals. Just walk in to Jonathan Stevens and ask for deals they have. Far better treatment.
I would not recommend marks mattress direct. If he can’t keep his word then don’t do business with liars.

Wow! Nothing but exceptional customer service from Mark's Mattress Direct. Mark was there every step of the way -- from trying out what style mattress best fit my needs to delivering it straight to my bed frame. I can sleep comfortably knowing I have a reliable mattress and company to reach out to if I have any concerns in the future. Everyone I interacted with was lovely, positive, and responsive. I can not recommend them more!

Purchased firm mattress set at Mark's Mattress Direct and it was best purchase. I tried the mattresses on display, was able to take my time to figure out the right mattress for me. I found the right firmness, comfortable. Customer service is important, and they are very knowledgeable making sure I was comfortable with my decision.

The only place in town that stocks a full line of full size mattresses! We were helped promptly by friendly staff who explained all the differences of the mattress in detail. Would highly recommend!

Mark was great helping me quickly as I was picking up a box spring on my lunch break. I called that morning and picked up that same afternoon! He strapped it on my car perfectly and was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend!
